They are all so wonderful and knowledgable. My entire session is filled with princess exercises (and the frequent jocks that come in and put mine to shame lol), massages or ((UGH)) ice therapy. There is also a wandering Dopey pez that I have yet to find. I leave there feeling like I deserve my ice cream cone. Hopefully I won't need therapy again in my whole life, but if I do, I will definitely come back to this place!

There was a lot of miscommunication getting me set up (not sure which way blame actually fell....doctor or them) but once I went in they were very nice. This is a big facility and they pack it in. The waiting room is far too small for the amount of people they move thru there... that's for sure. They have a speedy computer check in (if it's not your first time), and several ladies that greet you when you arrive. My first visit I was taken in a private room to talk and assess, and then start treatment and come up with a plan. My PT guy was Bob, very friendly, listened, and worked with me to get an idea of the best plan of attack. I had Bob for a couple visits and then bounced to Dave. Dave was very helpful in stretching my foot and getting movement. Much stronger hands, and really seemed to work the right area. I was seen by another lady, but she seems to have a much lighter touch. My luck is no luck...so at this point I'm having my surgery redone, which means I'm done with PT for the next 3-4 months. But I will be back. Pros: They have your choice of private or open tables to do your PT They have so many employees they can get you in without a lot of wait time They keep good chart notes so when someone else helps you they have info so you are not repeating everything constantly. Tons of contraptions and tools to get you fixed up. Location, and parking are super easy. They take most insurance...including mine...which almost no one takes! Cons: They have so many people you kind of just get cattle prodded in. Not as personal as other places I've been Each person has their own style,so consistency isn't always there. Gets crowded quick! Overall: Convenience, and the fact they take my crappy insurance means I'll be back. I would probably book out much further in advance and request to be with only 1 Physical Therapist.

Which was not my experience at the previous physical therapy establishment that I had tried first-- (having tried a previous place the things I noticed at the other place were uncleanliness, disorganization and lack of knowledge/ and was over-Complicated and they disregarded physiatrist notes) The reason for my physical therapy was my back and hips and Brett went straight to the point on my first day and I was already feeling better with my at home routine and in office within a week. my advice is to try this place first and see Brett if you can! He also specializes in acupuncture, so that was a bonus treatment contributing to my overall healing!

They ask for your personal insurance and a signed document saying you will pay upfront. I explained to them multiple times this is an approved L&I claim and I will not, nor my insurance be responsible. They are now trying to wreck my excellent credit by billing me for over $1200. Each time I contact them they say to ignore the bill, it's a mistake, but continue to bill me. Snakes!!

I also told them that it was 2 different injuries (stacked on top of each other) and life is getting hard because of having trouble with speech. I came into my appointment and was told they can't take the information I have and that I'd have to call after I get an attorney. This place does NOT care about one's best interest, rather they solely care about money...thanks for nothing! I'll continue to struggle with daily life since I don't have the money you care about.

Let me start first by saying I was very pleased with my appt with their MLD therapist - Maggie…read more Maggie was great. So kind and helpful and VERY thoughtful of my specific medical situation. She was also very knowledgeable, which helps because I have Lipedema (NOT Lymphedema) and many don't know much about Lipedema but she does. BUT their problem at the Snohomish location is the front desk person, Tori. She is incredibly RUDE. First of all, my first appt last week, I walked in, smiled, greeted Tori and said who I was there to see. She frowned, had a grouchy tone of voice, handed me a TON of paperwork to fill out, which I did, and when I was done, told me that Maggie would come get me. Now first of all, besides Tori - please people ... SEND THIS STUFF TO PATIENTS IN EMAIL! For heaven's sake. I have essential tremors so writing is difficult. My husband was with me and had to help me fill all of this out, which included medical history, list of meds, etc. It took me about 20 minutes to fill all this out, which put me at 5 minutes PAST my appt time. :-( Maggie came to get me and things were great them. But then Tori handed me a list of my next 5 appointments when we were on our way out. OHHHH KAYYYY. NO ONE - AT ANY TIME - consulted with me to find out what would be good days and times to come in AND we had to get out of there because my husband had a work meeting to get to. When we got home, we set the list of appts down and forgot about them until Sunday. My bad. BUT ... they were ALL for Tuesdays in the early morning. We normally don't do Tuesday appts when my husband has to go with me because he has to go into the office on that day. He took this day at home for THIS appt. AND I have some medical things that make mornings my WORST time of day. I try to make all my appts after about 11:00 am, later if possible. I am in so much pain in the morning that getting going is insane. So on Sunday we faxed them to cancel all those appts, stating we will call to reschedule. So this morning (Monday) I called. Tori was SO RUDE! When I asked if she got the fax, she didn't even answer me. When I told her I need to delete the these appts and reschedule them, she RUDELY AND STERNLY said "ALL 5 OF THEM!!!" I said "Yes, all 5 of them. Also, Maggie only needs to see me for one or two more appts and then I'm done anyway." (This is because she teaches us how to do MLD at home on our own. This is common with this therapy. So then Tori asked me what time tomorrow I could reschedule for, I was looking at my calendar and finally told her 1:00 pm. THEN she tells me Maggie doesn't have ANYTHING until April 10th. REALLY??? NOW YOU TELL ME!!! How about "Maggie doesn't have anything until April 10th, so what would be your best days and times after that?" Tori has no business working the front desk of ANY business. She gives them a bad name. I have read other bad reviews from people who won't go back to this location BECAUSE OF HER. I won't either. I cancelled all my appts and I will go to another clinic, even though I have to drive twice as far to get there. I know I will be treated well there because I've been there before. I chose Summit because it was closer. But Tori was the straw that breaks the camels back. Summit should find someone else to work their front desk. She is the FACE of Summit in Snohomish and she makes them look VERY BAD.

IRG does not care about patient recovery but charging $50 for cancelation when patients are 5 min late. The young staff in the front desk seems very annoyed with their jobs providing no customer service. They do not give you confirmation for your appointments and their text reminder service is always broken. Do not spend your money here, find another place, one that actually cares about patients.

Fast-forward to I think I'm making good progress and I get a text saying I can only schedule day-of appointments because I have had to cancel within 24 hour 4 times now. I am am full-time employee and am forced to put work meetings that crop up late first. I then took a bad fall last week and hurt my knee. Rather than ask if they could help with my knee, they did that. Too bad for them as I have great insurance and pay on time.

Deedee is a superwoman both the nurse and front desk lady but she does more than that. So, even though the wait time can get long sometimes it's still a good experience and you will be able to get all your needs met or they will refer you to a specialist. I live nearby so I can highly recommend this clinic for local primary care.

As I was finally sitting down to complete the paperwork prior to the deadline while in between feeds I received yet another reminder call. I explained my situation to the lady that called me and she had very little empathy.
