Well finally dropped by this Saturday to check them out. I was like a kid in a candy store! They have so much cool steel fabricated pits, chimineas and art work. If you need deer feeders, they have incredible quality ones. We ended up with 32"x32" fire pit, chiminea and cool artwork for F-I-L Christmas present. I'll be back another time soon to get some other Texas artwork. They do custom designs as well. The installation was a week earlier which I didn't mind at all because bad weather was expected the following week. Initially I was going to give 3 stars because after installation there were some screws that were not flush with the wood, some bolts were missing acorn nuts, and one of the buttons for the canopy popped off. With child safety a top priority for Rainbow, I feel that this is a major issue. I sent an email to Morgan with pictures of my concerns. Now this was late Friday night that I sent this email. By Monday, the same crew that installed the play system came back out and addressed all of my concerns.

Approached…read morethe business owner about aquiring a specific type of soccer kits (Barcelona) for our team, I even provided a picture of the kit being requested and he assured me he could get them and quoted me a price. Once the kits arrived and was informed they were available it was visually obvious the provided kits were similar but not the actual kits requested. When a retailer advises to a customer that they can provide a specific product to the customer the customer expects for them to deliver that specific item unless otherwise noted. Never did the retailer suggest that the items aquired would be similar items thus resembling those requested. As the customer we were not satisfied with the product and refused it, this retailer became angry and stated I was simply a "cheap ass SOB" who didnt want to pay what I owed and I simply wanted something for nothing. How a retailer can be upset that the customer is disappointed in a product that was not the item requested is beyond common logic. How can one owe payment if we have yet to recieve the requested product. The product you provided is not what we requested, and another vendor was able to provide the exact requested product at the same price, the differences between the two are greatly noticeable. Since this retailer claims I am a "cheap ass sob" he will not have to worry about doing business with us again and we advise that you considou thinking twice if you do.
