It ain't fancy but it's wood, there was a guy there working. PullEd up and said I needed wood. He asked for what purpose. They have it for just fires, or different woods for cooking. Many options. From plant recommendations based on our desired theme to suggesting alternatives, he remained patient and willing to listen. The plants and trees themselves were well priced. We ended up spending less than what we thought we would. Delivery of our plants and trees was also smooth. I called and the nursery was able to have my products delivered first thing in the morning the following day. We had a good experience and will likely return to grab more plants.

Unfortunately, he did not wait for us, he let himself into our gated backyard and started doing work he was not hired for. By the time we got home at 3:40 pm, our back sliding door was shattered. The "owner" of this company never reached out to us, instead I had to reach out to him. He sent me a long text about how he was insured and there was no reason for frustration. I informed him that there was a reason for frustration, as we were SUPPOSED to be having a backyard wedding this weekend, and now didn't have a usable back door. I asked him why his worker went into our backyard and started doing work we never agreed to, and requested his insurance information. 24 hours later, I had to reach back out to him because he was still ignoring me. Even now, 48 hours later, he has only acknowledged half of my questions. He has been nothing but rude, unhelpful, and honestly sketchy. I was searching for "safe" dirt for my grandsons mud kitchen and was having a really hard time…read morefinding it. Checked Amazon and sellers wanted $30+ for 6 lbs. I found that to be excessive. Happened to drive by Foothill Soils while running errands on a Sunday but they were closed. Called Monday morning to inquire and was greeted by someone who was friendly and helpful. She took my phone number and said someone would call me right back. They did! This person was also friendly and helpful and confirmed they had dirt that was tested and approved for school yards. GREAT! I went in the next day with my 5lb bucket and the person on staff happily filled it up and loaded it into my car within minutes even though it was raining! The price... UNBEATABLE. Stellar customer service from first contact to last and they lived up to their motto "No job is too big or too small." I have no doubt this grandma needing a small amount of dirt was treated as well as a large scale customer and for that I am very grateful. One of the gentlemen showed me where to go to by having me follow him in his tractor! They took the time to make sure I got exactly what I needed even though I only needed a small amount of product. The compost was clean, high quality, and smelled amazing like the good stuff. I will be happy to update my review once spring rolls around, but I know my garden will me a success with this material. Lastly, one of the gents informed me that they love to support community projects and to reach out any time. How kind! Never expected to have such a good experience at a soil lot.
