He resolved the electrical issue so the sprinkler system could actually run. He came back on Monday to rewire the connections to protect the lines from future damage. He made sure all the lines were running. He found a problem with 1 zone and fixed it before finishing up. After the job was completed in three separate areas of our front and backyard, we came home to a flood in the backyard. I sent him a video and he advised how to turn the water off because his guy did not cap something. Then the next day I go to turn one of the valves on and it's spewing water out. His guy returned to tighten it and said if this happens again, they will replace it. Well, the second time I went to use it it's against spewing water out today. He came back to tighten it again and refused to replace the gasket or anything. I will just have to call somebody else for repair. The third area that he worked on he put a new valve and our timer is not working to it. It looks like the wires were cut. I had to hire somebody else to repair that area. Basically every single area that he worked on either wasn't done right in the first place or I had call another company out to repair their work. We paid Jesse in full with a tip (before I knew all of the work was defective) so I felt that I needed to let him know of the issues. Today when I called him on the phone to go over everything he was irate, cussing, and beyond furious and could not talk professionally. He called me a liar multiple times and blamed me for the valve leaking because we did not use the timer on it. I had to explain to him and his guy even had to tell him that there's no timer connected to this area. He didn't believe us..that is when I went into telling him about the other timer not working in the other area and he didn't want to hear it. I didn't even dare tell him that we had to hire somebody else to fix it! We will not be referring him or working with him ever again. I suggest you do the same.
