They have a pit underneath and no need for a lift so you can just sit in your car and wait. Eddy guided me into the bay and got me started. He was professional and had great communication. He showed me the old oil on the disptick before Joseph got to work on the oil change. He has done them on my husband's vehicle before so I knew I was in good hands. The whole process took less than 20 minutes and cost about 20% less than the dealership quoted me. He made sure to check the tire pressure and Emma was kind enough to clean my windshield before I left. This location has great customer service, good prices and a very short wait. I will be coming here for all of my oil changes and I highly recommend them.

I had it towed to the shop at 1pm and met with the owner (Kassi) and he diagnosed the probable causes, located a couple parts to have them on hand before last delivery time of the day to make sure we had all options covered. He called to confirm pricing, and then had the car ready with both alternator, battery, and other items replaced and serviced and ready for me all before 5pm. Amazing job in 4-hours, from arrival to pick-up, to sourcing the parts, to installation! I was back on the road driving back to Southern California with my car running great. I purchased the Full Synthetic Oil Change, which was applied to my 2023 Dodge Challenger ($68.00 value). The customer service was great. Julio (associate) and Mean (Manager) were both super helpful with taking care of the needs of my vehicle. The oil change was completed in 15 minutes. I also opted for the Complete Fuel System Treatment upgrade, priced at $19.99. This offering provided the opportunity to clean the entire fuel system. With everything being completed, the original bill totaled out to be $121.51. With the Groupon voucher valued at $68, I spent an additional $53.12 out of pocket. Overall, I had a generally positive experience at Valvoline. I'd return if I happen to get another voucher from Groupon.
