My car is running like brand new again. I'm very satisfied with their work. I originally thought…read moreit was my spark plugs and they were honest and said they were fine. It turned out to be my motor mounts that needed to be replaced. They were done within 3 hours and perfect.

I'm very disappointed with my experience here. I brought my 2013 Dodge Durango in for a radiator…read morereplacement. The radiator work itself appears fine, but when I got my vehicle back, the hood was clearly not put back together or adjusted correctly. Right away, I noticed the hood was extremely difficult to open. I pulled the latch, the hood unlocked, but it was very hard to lift. After trying to relatch it, I noticed one corner of the hood was sitting too low. After multiple attempts, I was finally able to get it open, but now the hood will not close properly at all. Even when pushed down fully, it will not latch correctly and keeps popping back up. This was not an issue before the radiator replacement. What makes this even more frustrating is how they handled it afterward. I reached out to explain the problem in detail, sent photos, and asked what the next steps would be to correct it. My messages were read, but I was completely ignored. No response, no acknowledgment, and no effort to take responsibility for an issue that started immediately after their repair. A shop should stand behind its work and at the very least respond when a customer brings back a serious concern involving hood alignment and latch safety. A hood that does not open and close properly is not a minor cosmetic issue. It is a safety issue. I would strongly caution future customers to thoroughly inspect their vehicle before leaving, especially if work is done around the radiator support, hood latch area, or front end components. Based on my experience, the lack of communication and refusal to address the problem is just as concerning as the repair issue itself
