My cravings were calling and I found this cute boba shop in Florence. It's located right after crossing the Ponte Vecchio bridge. I loved the decor and there's a good amount of seating inside. The menu had a variety of drinks and they also had some cakes and pastries available. I ordered the jasmine milk tea and my boyfriend had the kamquat tea. Both were very good, not overly sweetened, and had a strong tea flavor. The drinks were just as tastes just as good as Ding Tea or Sharetea. read more

I got the Hong Kong Style milk tea and the taste was pretty good. Of course, there was no ice but thats a given in Europe The boba was cooked well, but it wasn't as sweet as I prefer. Actually really great milk tea in Florence! English menu is available and the staff speak multiple languages (Mandarin, Italian, and English all for sure). Sooo was doing my laundry across the street and was craving hot tea and needed wifi bad. Saw this little tea place and thought it would be nice to cure my boredom for a little while. So I got up to the register and decided to try the matcha milk tea They have an English, Korean, and Italian menu so that's good and lots of tea options. I kinda have high milk tea standards and decided to go with the safe bet of getting Matcha tea. To be honest, it was warm-not hot which I don't like, and I didn't like the Matcha much. 4.5 Stars I tried the boba milk tea and was very pleased with the taste of the tea, it was right on point. Not too sweet, not too creamy, and a good tea flavor. I was thrilled! The boba balls were cooked just fine, not too mushy, but not sweet enough. Maybe they needed to be steeped longer in a sugar solution. I would totally go back for the milk tea though. I walked in the other day after being seriously intrigued from the outside set-up, this place just opened and is a stone's throw from the Ponte Vecchio. Bright and airy front room, it was nice to see that plenty of people were sitting around and ordering tea. We both ordered bubble tea, a treat that I really missed from Los Angeles. They informed us that they make their own tapioca and it wasn't ready yet, to come back in an hour. Since we live nearby, this was no problem, we headed back on the way home and grabbed two to-go, and thank god we did, it was marvelous! The tapioca was perfect and the drink was refreshing and not sickingly sweet like it can be at times. I definitely will be back here quite a lot and it is a nice spot to come with friends for a chat. read more

Minus one star for the 3 times I have walked to San Tea House and it was not open :( despite the business card clearly saying it was supposed to open. Very tragic when you walked 30 minutes there and was craving for boba. Love the cute and laid back atmosphere tho. Clean bathrooms. Cute mason jars. About $4 for a drink with the boba. $3.50 without. Overall good boba, but I would recommend to the owners to have more open hours or at least better communicate when the open hours are. read more
