We were hesitant to put him into ALA as they are a little bit more advanced and within a few months he was excelling! The teachers that we have had have been amazing and truly care and help our kid in any way they possibly can. I really appreciate their hard work and help. That was not our experience. Beneath the polished tours and Christian branding, leadership at this campus proved ineffective, dismissive, and unwilling to meaningfully address serious concerns raised by families. Many parents are drawn to a Christian school hoping to shield children from age-inappropriate influences; ironically, in our personal experience, our children were exposed to more inappropriate language and behavior here than they had been in a Chandler public school, with limited administrative response. Administration frequently emphasized high demand to attend, yet from our firsthand experience and conversations with other parents, just as many families appeared to be leaving. Academic quality and classroom professionalism raised serious questions about how teachers are hired, their qualifications, and why turnover seemed high. Tuition and a Christian label do not automatically guarantee a better education, stronger values, or responsible leadership. This review is shared in good faith to encourage families to look beyond appearances and ask direct questions about leadership accountability, discipline policies, teacher hiring practices, and retention before enrolling.

Mrs. McBay was amazing and helped him with his sloppy handwriting and we have Mrs. Paulk this year. I love how she keeps us updated on an app throughout the day. STEM is a great focus at this school and my son is looking forward to the robotics competition that is coming up. My youngest just started the Pre-K program and even though it hasn't been a month, we love his progress so far and can't wait for him to continue his journey at Imagine West Gilbert.

My daughter has just started her first year of Kindergarten and absolutely looks forward to going to school! There has always been a lot of communication and feedback with my kids teachers, and not just at teacher conference's. Teacher's and staff at this school are not only very knowledgeable, but are also very friendly and tentative. My son's math teacher last year even volunteered to Tudor the kids who were struggling in math 3 times a week before and after school! There is a lot of parent involvement, which I feel is an important part of a successful school and a child's growth and development. My kids and I highly recommend this school!

I would avoid this school unless you want your child to fall behind. They're just going through the motions here and god forbid any real issues arise because they will not address issues and will hide behind "the law", oh but they will send one thing or another home asking for money every week without fail. Looks like a nice school, but it's not and actually there's some shady stuff going on here.
