We were served Two still French Rose's, Vin de Provence AIX from Provence and Cape Bleue Rose' by Jean Luv Colombo of France. Next was a Spanish white wine Abarino by Lagan D Cervera. Then going back to South of France to slip into something red with Syrah Grenache by Cote' Mas. We finished with a Red Blend of Monastrel, Cabernet Sauvignon & Syrah by Juan Gil. We learned a lot about Tehachapi and how she started it and it is just heart warming to hear the story. She's also the first one to plant and produce a very good Malbec. The tasting consisted of a rosé, Cabernet, Merlot and Malbec. She served this with cheese, crackers and local chocolates! The ranch also has AirBNB rooms so be sure to check out her website for availability. Women owned, local and full of love. You can taste that in the product.
