Snooki literally thought of everything. There are already a bunch of fall/Halloween items on display but bathing suits are available too if you need one before summer wraps up. It's a well-rounded variety. I love how she incorporated clothing with classic memes from the show (i.e. "Where's the Beach?") and merch with the store's name on it if you're in search of a souvenir. The clothes and accessories are classy and majority of the things are reasonably priced. The shop has a cozy layout and racks are easily accessible. The store is in pristine condition and smelled great upon entering. Absolutely adorable fitting rooms with ample lighting. The girls working there were very friendly and got me signed up for the loyalty program. I purchased an auburn colored cinched top with gems on it and can't wait to wear it in the upcoming months. I had such a pleasant experience. If I don't get the chance to visit again, I'll be supporting Snooki through her online store.

I am not not a soccer mom, a woman clad in labels, nor do I spend $500 every time I shop there. I use the coupons, and never once have I been made to feel like a degenerate. In fact.... the staff reminds you of the coupons that you've accumulated! I go there so much (whether to browse or buy) that a lot of the staff either know my first name or at least recognize me, and in a town like Morristown, that's pretty impressive. Their clothing selection is great, they have a selection that you rarely see on anyone else, which is nice, because I like my clothing to be unique, but if you are looking for deals, go to Century 21. It's a high end store, with high end prices. They sell jeans for $150+, they sell sweaters for $200+, if that makes you upset, again, go somewhere else.. I usually get lucky with their sale rack, which is pretty fabulous.

Because of that, I felt it was important to share how disappointed I was with my recent experience. Unfortunately, the atmosphere in the store has consistently felt unwelcoming. The staff rarely smile, seem bothered when customers ask questions, and often make it feel as though they are doing customers a favor simply by being there. As someone who genuinely enjoys shopping at small businesses and has chosen to support your boutique repeatedly, this has become increasingly discouraging. What upset me most during my recent visit was that I was shopping with my 12-year-old daughter, who urgently needed to use the restroom, and your staff refused to allow her access. As a parent, I found that incredibly disappointing and lacking basic compassion and customer courtesy. I hope you take this feedback seriously and consider addressing both the customer service environment and how situations like this are handled in the future.
