My clothes were all there, folded, and cleaned. Sure, the service was a bit eh, but honestly, they cleaned my clothes and it was a very affordable price! They have decent hours and open at 6am on the weekends (7am on weekdays). The employees are also decent and respond to your requests fairly quickly. On weekdays, they give you $5 extra dollars on your laundry card if you spend $20. On Wednesdays they give out free detergent but I am not sure what type as I am not able to take advantage of this.

Drop off was easy, the process was easy, and they even helped me bring it from the car. They explained everything to me and ensured me everything would be handled according to wash instructions per label. Came back and everything was perfectly folded into bags separated by family member. Everything was clean and everything smelled fresh. I've been doing my own laundry since I was 10 and I could only wish these guys were closer. I would use them every week. If you want professionals doing your laundry at such an affordable price come to Montclair Laundry!!! You may never do your own laundry again.

The staff takes up the entirety of the space and doesn't allow for regular customers to wash. At this point it might as well exclusively cater to the customers who are having their laundry washed. The layout has also changed drastically making it impossible to maneuver around. There are folding tables not even 5 feet away from the dryers making the space so limited it's impossible to take your clothes out the washer without bumping into the person behind you. I've never said sorry more in my life. You also can't use the benches anymore as they have been used to pile on laundry bags by the staff. Super disappointed with the state of this place and how things are going.
