Love the care My kids get from here!! Recommend and couldn't ask for a better pediatrician for my Family.

Dr. Onsorio is great and listens to all of our concerns with out little one. He is also great about making sure you understand everything recommended and discussed. We have called for some day, and even emergency appointments, and been seen fairly quickly. Our toddler split her lip open pretty badly, and I felt more comfortable with her seeing a pediatrician over an urgent care doctor. They saw her within an hour! I love that they also help treat new moms with post partum care. They seem to generally care that mom is doing okay with the new baby and even help with questions about self care, or direct you to where you can get help. It's so great to feel like they care about family wellness overall. Highly recommend this office and trust them with both of my children. read more

All four of my kids went here from birth. The drs are amazing and I have never had any issues here. If I didn't have Kaiser insurance I would still be here. All issues with my kids were addressed and resolved immediately. I would recommend this dr office for your children read more

After taking my son to 2 other pediatricians, I was left unsatisfied. I found San Dimas pediatrics through a mutual friend and I'm so glad I did. We're here to stay! Dr Insorio is AMAZING, he actually takes his time in the exam room and answers all questions and concerns. He has good bedside manners and truly cares about his patients. Dr Zse Ho has been around for a long time in the pediatrics world. Although he has been battling cancer the last couple of years he is in the recover stage and makes it to the office to check up on his patients. Dr Pardo is also a doc here and we love her too! Both are great to have. The staff there are very very friendly and knowledgable. The office can get pretty busy and some waiting to be done. But the rooms are always clean. A+ read more

Not happy! I have been taking my children there for 17 years. My son is at camp keep and needs an inhaler, which he hasn't used in months! So I fax a form for dr to fill out so his teacher can go pick up prescription that I had transferred to a pharmacy near camp keep. Dr refilled prescription on 11/28/17 (through pharmacy request), but will not sign for him to use it at camp keep because he is due for a check up! And to think I just referred someone to this office! Would have given zero stars.... but not an option read more

I love this place. It's super clean and everyone is friendly. My 9 month old loves her doctor. I couldn't be more pleased with the experience I've had here. Plus, I never wait to be seen. I'm in n out in less than a hour. Highly recommend this pediatric office and doctors here. read more

We are a patient of Dr. Insorio and think this is a great place! We have not been disappointed once and our kids have had some major issues. One of the best things about this office, they are part of Valley Children's network and when you have a hard time finding good specialist in Bakersfield( and this town doesn't have but a handful of decent ones) you can take a short drive to Visalia and find more AMAZING doctors and specialists! Even better they are part of the network and communicate easily with your primary care doctor. The entire staff is friendly and works very well with kids. Dr. Insorio is friendly and takes the time to explain not just to the parents, but to the kids as well what is going on. The office is very clean and on top of things. This year we changed from Kaiser and left another great pediatrician but KP would not authorize what the doctors were recommending for our kids and since leaving KP we found another amazing doctor's office! This might possibly be the worst Pediatric Center ever. Twice I have called expressing a concern about my daughter in the MORNING, and they have said they are going to have the doctor call me, and they never get back to me. Not only that, but if you call on a weekend, FORGET IT! They don't even have a nurse to answer questions. I am definitely taking my daughter to someplace that CARES about their patients. This time was so important because I found a lump on her. They never even called me back. When I called back at 3 pm, the answering exchange said they leave early on Thursdays. WOW. Maybe stay a little longer so you can get your work done. read more

Love this office. We moved from a different "way too busy office." The staff is friendly and we love our pediatrician Dr. J. She's friendly, understanding and listens. My kids feel safe and like the waiting area. And the best thing of all I've waited like ten mins the longest since we started going here. Happy to have found them. read more

Dr Pardo is an amazing dr!!! My son has asthma and allergies and before finding dr Pardo my son was so sick!! We no good dr to help or that could get my sons asthma under control. Since finding dr pardo it's been a complete turn around! From night to day. So thankful we found her and now wouldn't go anywhere else. Dr Ho was nice I'm not given him a bad review, we tried him first before ever meeting dr Pardo, but hm husband and I had a very hard time understanding him. And bc of our son was so sick we needing a dr that spoke clear English that was easy to understand. We almost went to a whole other place but figured give dr Pardo a shot and so glad we did. Office is always clean, and nurses are always nice. A+ read more

My daughter (now one years old) has been going to this office since she was born and we love it! We began going to dr Ho, but even though he is super nice, it was really hard for my husband and i to understand him with his accent. Because of this we switched to dr pardo who we love so much!! We are very bummed to be moving out of state because she works so well with my daughter and always let me know the answers to my many questions (being a first time one). 10 stars! read more

I'm LIVID at these people. I took my son in for his kindergarten check-up a couple months ago. I later recieved a call from someone in their office saying (another kid's name)'s claim didn't go through the insurance. I called my insurance and they said that, indeed, they had tried to bill my insurance for another kid. They also informed me that a second claim (with the right name) was filed and set to go through. I called San Demas Ped. and informed them of the mix-up. I had to leave a message for the woman that initially called me, and she called me later saying everything with my son's claim was fine. I later recieved a letter sent to my name and address but intended for this other kids family. Enclosed was all this kid's personal medical and insurance information. How wonderful for a stranger to have! If only that could have been the end of it, I later recieved a message to my phone about the insurance claim not going through. I ignored it, thinking that it was residual effects of this ridiculous mix-up. Well, they just called and informed me I owe them over 400 dollars. I informed them of everything that happened and that my insurance actually said it went through, and the reason I ignored the message was because of this whole ridiculous situation. They told me I'd have to call my insurance again, and the lady was completely rude about it. I am going to be on the phone with Anthem tomorrow. This whole situation is a headache, and I feel bad for the family who's getting their personal medical information sent to random houses, I wonder if they have any idea...... So this rating is PURELY for the people handling the office work. The Dr. was wonderful. Too bad my experience was too bad to throw in another star for that. read more

As a medical office they know their stuff. The doctors are all excellent. I really want to give this office five stars. HOWEVER, I am seriously considering changing doctors for my child because THEIR BILLING PERSON IS EXTREMELY RUDE and frankly doesn't know the law. The biller does not send bills on a regular basis and you are supposed ESP how much owe and send in money without ever receiving a bill. Rather than sending you a bill for services rendered, the biller instead calls and makes threats. I want to re-enforce that Patt D.'s experience seems to be not atypical. read more

My 4 children (now ages 22, 18, 15, and 11), have been seen by this office since 2004. I have always been met with courteous and helpful doctors and nurses. All of my concerns have always been addressed promptly. My children have each been referred for specialty services at one point or another and each time the referring doctor scheduled a follow up appointment to discuss the specialist's findings and a plan of care for my children if needed. In 2009, my son became very ill and Dr. Pardo's gut feeling told her to address the situation aggressively. Because of the attention she gave my son's issue he was seen and transported to Valley Children's Hospital within a few hours without a bunch of unnecessary testing. My son was likely spared from permanent disability because of her actions. Although, Dr. Ho retired last year and the office has since been taken over by Valley Children's Hospital; two of the pediatricians who worked under Dr. Ho still remain in the office. I recommend this office to anyone looking for an excellent pediatrician. read more
