Once we had a set care schedule, we had a specific person assigned to my dad and he was wonderful. He provided companionship for my dad and helped with personal hygiene. We felt comfortable leaving my dad under his care and we consider him a friend of the family now. Finally, the billing from Coast Care was clear and timely.

I liked Coast Care for my 101‑year‑old mother -- mentally sharp, on hospice, with mobility issues…read more-- who is also seen by hospice staff, a nurse, a doctor, and an independent caregiver I hired. Mom bruises easily, but a Coast Care representative nonetheless reported "suspicious bruises" to hospice. Not true.I trusted this person. No other worker observed anything concerning, yet hospice was obligated to notify Adult Protective Services. Now my siblings and I are under investigation. And once we're in "the system" we have multiple family conferences, care, plans, etc. Hospice has been supportive and agrees the report was unfounded. Elder‑abuse is real and needs to be taken seriously. But this mistaken report has needlessly disrupted our family, and upset my mother. Dumb. Coast Care needs to train their people better.

According to the owner of Love 2 Live, I was abandoned because "you were in a lot of pain". Really; she said that, I recorded the conversation. Major disaster and we needed help ASAP after Mom was released from the Emergency Room. The care providers are truly life savers and we cannot thank them enough. Sadly my Mom had a repeat fall (not the fault of the care providers) and Love 2 Live was there waiting as my Mom was released from the hospital. We are still dealing with a number of medical issues, but it is very comforting to have this wonderful service.. Not really a touchy feely kinda guy, but these angels are VERY comforting to our family.

After his hip surgery he was scheduled with a Physical Therapist by the name of Jules . From day one when I had spoken to her to get the physical therapy set up for my Dad, I immediately liked her. She has a calm and caring disposition and is the perfect example for an "Awesome Physical Therapist!" She is professional, knowledgeable, kind, caring, and efficient. She truly made a huge difference in helping my Dad recover from his hip surgery. Here are my Dad's exact words for Jules: I am writing to express my deepest appreciation and gratitude for Jules, my physical therapist from Mission Home Health . My name is Michael Morneau, and I was a patient recovering from a total hip replacement. Jules visited me four or five times in total. and she was the best! She was personable, knowledgeable, and helped me immensely. I am confident I would not have made the progress I did without her. I truly appreciate her care and want to make sure her supervisory staff knows what a wonderful asset you have in her. It was truly my pleasure to have had her help me. These are the kinds of people in the world who truly make a difference! My family had peace of mind because they knew my Dad was in great hands with Jules! Mission Home Health, you have a total Gem in Jules! Thank you so much, Jules. Sincerely, Carla Olson and Michael Morneau

I can not thank the team who helped me regain some of my mobility, confidence, strength, and happiness enough! Anna, Chaeli (Shay*lee), Christian, & Colleen are the most amazing Physical Therapist(PT)/Occupational Therapist(OT) I have ever had the pleasure of working with! Extremely communicative, fun, optimistic, and always willing to work around you! Mind you, my schedule is extremely flexible, so when there're slight changes to my appt dates/time, it doesn't affect me too much*. You have to understand that they're traveling from patient to patient with little to no break in between, say for their drive. Knowing that, plus seeing how far some have to drive in between clients, gave me a whole new understanding of these caregivers. That being said, if your schedule is already tight, make sure your PT/OT understands that so they can make sure that the time/date(s)byou both specify will be abided by. Made recommendations to make my home safer(OT), and since putting those in place has offered me more confident and safe! I wholeheartedly recommend Mission Home Health to get you back on track with your recovery needs for in home. I am happy to say that they've assisted me so much that I am able to now transfer to Outpatient PT! Send your team my best wishes!

I absolutely love her and all of the staff that had helped me. They are friendly, professional and welcoming. They really do care about our health. I'm not sure what type of insurance they accept but if you don't have insurance, they go by a scaling system of your income. The services are affordable and they won't charge you until they talk to you of prices and won't waste your time or your money. They don't have a long wait time, they value your time as well. It goes by fairly quick. The staff and doctors take the time to listen to your concerns. They have so many services available to anyone who needs it. Book your appointment! I wish I had reviewed this clinic years ago. I can't believe I didn't!

The staff showed remarkable patience and kindness, especially in helping her with frequent toileting and ensuring she was always clean and comfortable. When she first arrived after her fall, she was in significant pain--so much so that even turning in bed or transferring was extremely difficult. The team handled her care with such gentleness and understanding during that challenging time. Thanks to the dedication and support from the rehab team, she made steady progress and, within just three weeks, was able to leave and walk again using her walker. We greatly appreciate the excellent coordination of care with the team from St. Paul's PACE, (special thanks to Bo, social worker), which helped ensure a smooth and safe transition back to her assisted living. Their collaboration and attention to detail gave us confidence and peace of mind during the discharge process. Our special thanks as well to Dr. Jaime Stull, who made herself readily available to promptly address any issues. Her thoughtful guidance and collaborative recommendations were invaluable and deeply appreciated. My family sincerely appreciate the professionalism, compassion, and hard work of the entire team.
