I could make my own schedule, I could get paid more money for working less hours, which sounded ideal to me as a full time student, looking to make full time wages and still accomplish the quality of work I'd need to accomplish to keep a high gpa. So I payed the $15 fee to join, and even enrolled in the annual recurring payment plan to keep my tutor profile on their website and to have it as near the top as possible. Not only was I contacted by people who were not even looking for a tutor but were scams or otherwise shady, when the recurring payment was withdrawn from my account a year later, I called and emailed the tutoring company to have them refund my money THREE TIMES and nobody ever returned my calls or emails. This thing is a scam! DON'T DO IT!!!!!!

Our son is very shy and was pretty reluctant at first, but she won him over quickly. Within just a few sessions, he was excited and genuinely looking forward to their time together. Merrilee is incredibly kind and patient, but she also knows how to keep kids focused and really make sure they understand what they're learning. Our son always came home happy and eager to tell us what they worked on. She's also very organized and easy to communicate with, which we really appreciated as busy parents. She regularly shared summaries of their sessions and progress updates, so we always felt in the loop. Our son is highly gifted (which comes with its own challenges) and Merrilee did a great job of both challenging him and filling in any gaps along the way. My math grade has soared as a result of his teaching and because of him, I am able to fully understand the course content. Mr. Alemansour has helped me with Geometry, Algebra, and Statistics. He was a master of all. He is an attentive teacher who is reliable and flexible with scheduling. Most importantly, he is an incredible teacher.

We've used his math tutoring twice now for our son Gabriel. Once in high school for AP Statistics and Business Calculus at Utah Tech University.
