When we went to San Churros we ordered a "Sundae My Way" after ordering we realised that they had over charged us but decided to let it go since it wasn't that much. We were with our friends and our order took so long to arrive everyone else we were with had finished their desserts. When it finally arrived it was completely wrong. We had ordered our sundae with brownie and strawberries on top, the one we got had churros and red velvet cake. Since we didn't like churros or red velvet cake we took it back and asked for it to please be fixed. One worker came out with the receipt and asked us what we had ordered. After he left another worker came out and said that what we had ordered was not what was on the receipt and acted like we were making it up. She seemed annoyed at us and said that it would be another 10 minutes because she had to cook more churros...which meant that the order was still incorrect. She then mentioned that they had run out of brownie and we needed to change our order a gain. While we were waiting for our correct order to arrive we then realised that our friends who had also ordered brownie had received red velvet cake instead without being asked if it was ok. Through all of this we weren't offered a refund or anything as a sorry about what happened rather just annoyed staff who didn't believe that they got our order wrong but we had.
