The team here…read morehas serviced many of my office buildings throughout the years, and this review is a testament to the honest, diligent, and helpful manner in which they helped me grow the branding for my company. First, I must admit that I am hard to please. There have been many vendors for various aspects of my business that have not delivered on what they promised. Even worse, they took no accountability. This is not the case with FASTSIGNS of Irvine. When I noticed my decals were off center, the owner personally came out with a new decal, removed the old one, and installed the new one himself! Their pricing is competitive but their service is what makes them my one-stop shop for all of my branding signage needs! Thanks so much to the entire team. With gratitude, Se

I am based in Pasadena which is 50 miles away but I do not mind giving Ivy and her team all of my business. They respond to messages late at night and provide you with a digital proof before printing. Their prices are extremely competitive and I didn't even look anywhere else. They delivered the sign on time that far exceeded my expectations. There was a very minor glitch, two additional grommets on the sign that was not called for and didn't really affect the sign at all. Ivy offered without me asking to redo the sign and ship it to me free of charge and let me keep the first sign with the hiccup. The sign was fine but they were perfectionists and want the customer to be 1000% satisfied. I know this time they did not make much profit if any with all the manufacturer and shipping costs. I was shocked once again when I received the sign how intricately they packaged it. They must have spent at least 20 minutes packing the sign! This tells you that the Ivy and her team really care about their image and they are truly dedicated to the customer experience. It was like unpacking a ceramic bowl! Please do what you do because you do it with humility and candor. You are a diamond in the rough. You are the definition and role model of what a business should be and ought to be. I am a client for life. Thank you once again Ivy & Visual Signs!
