I remembered calling on a Friday and speaking to Alexis who was friendly and so professional. She had our "proofs" ready in a few hours and we were able to pick up and view. We decided to make a few additions and emailed another version the following Monday and by noon everything was ready to go. Let me say- the Prayer Cards and Program were beautiful. Outside of our design , the quality of the paper used was professional- glossy, thick and exactly what we were looking for. Thank you Alpha Graphics. Instead of trying to upsell me or charge me an arm and a leg to fix it, he immediately advised me that it would not be worth my time or money to try to fix it. He suggested it's time for a new laptop. I offered to pay him for the the time he spent on diagnosing it and he refused. Even though the laptop didn't survive, from this point forward, I will be going to Alpha computers exclusively for all my electronics repairs because I know this is an honest professional business that I can trust.
