You stayed open all day but at closing you don't have enough people? Make it make sense because you even have on site security at the entrance doors and walking the floors. I couldn't be happier given the circumstances. They rigged it up where it would work the next day until they could complete the project. They did a fantastic job. After purchasing my husband's wedding band through Zales, we needed it to be resized. Because I didn't buy the lifetime warranty, the store's only option was to have us buy a whole new ring. We went to Samuels Jewelers and Andre' Pickens in the Longview Texas Mall told us about a resizing warranty that the ring's manufacturer had that Zales should have told us about. Thank you Andre' for being honest and trustworthy. The employee's at the Samuels at the Longview mall are looking out for their customers. We will never shop at Zales again and all of our future jewelry purchases will be through Samuels and other affiliated jewelers.
