Came in to make a handgun purchase and ladys behind the counter asked if i needed any help finding…read moreanything. Not sure why they bothered asking since helping with anything was obviously the last thing they felt like doing. I said thanks but not at the moment. I found a handgun i was interested in so i did a quick google search on my phone to find some quick reviews on the firearm. One of the women immediately starting yelling at me saying i couldn't have my phone out in that area. So i apologized and stepped away from the counter. After conducting my online review i decided to purchase the firearm despite the rude tones and disgusted looks i was being given from both women. The woman asked if i had ever made a purchase their before and i found that odd since I've been coming in there for years buying and selling various items. Goes to show how much they value repeat customers or customers in general. I proceeded to provide my drivers license to make the purchase and was asked if my address was current on my license and told her i wasn't sure because we had moved recently and didn't know if i had changed it yet. And before i even had a chance to check my license she very rudely and loudly said i would have to have that changed before making a purchase. So that was the last straw after being talked down to yelled at given shit eating looks the entire time i was in the establishment i decided to take my hundred dollar bills elsewhere. So after she handed me back my drivers license i then checked it and it was actually my correct address. So i drove the street and made a purchase elsewhere. And i will never make the mistake of walking in that store ever again. So they lost a long time customer today for good. But somehow i doubt they care.
