I took in my diamond pendant necklace with matching teardrop earrings to get them all polished up today and was immediately greeted by Samuel's Diamonds amazingly friendly staff! They were all with customers so I looked at jewelry and happily watched the customers as they were choosing their jewelry. I noticed that they were each being waited on attentively and were not being pushed into upsales or pricey items that they weren't looking for. That is my idea of class! Then it was my turn! I was treated very kindly by Edward Montes. He took the time to shine and polish up the diamond set perfectly so that my daughter can wear it to her first dance tonight and he made my wedding ring sparkle like the day it was put on my finger 18 years ago! The really remarkable thing was that my diamond set had been under warrantee but I had misplaced the paperwork while back and he was so patient with me and was able to research and find my files! He created a new warrantee packet for me so that I could be sure to come in once every 6 months to have my jewelry inspected! Now my daughter can sparkle and shine at the dance tonight with some very special jewelry and my wedding ring shines almost as radiantly as the love I have for my hubby in my heart! I have had several experiences this year with Samuels. Each time and every associate is VERY helpful...especially Edward and Lydia. We got my engagement ring there and they were so helpful and patient with us. They even stayed late AND on a sunday. I work retail and I understand the meaning of that. They were so great that I had them restring my late grandmother's pearls. They came out beautiful! We have since bought both of our wedding bands there. We are like most couples starting out and on a budget. They are great at working with us on that and showing us plenty of options. I am so impressed with their customer service and their jeweler that I am having them make a necklace for me out of the same late grandmother's engagement ring. I live out of state now, and my diamond fell out of my engagement ring so I was hysterical and had no idea what to do because it is no longer under warranty. I called Samuels yesterday and had the pleasure of speaking to Edward, who I later found out is the current store manager. Edward went above and beyond to discuss my best options for my ring, and was also very sensitive and understanding towards my dilemma. Additionally, he was honest about what I needed to do in order to ensure that both my engagement and wedding rings were properly taken care of. I looked and looked for a place to help me get an engagement ring in Amarillo. I went to several stores and none of them felt right. I didn't feel like I was getting every possible option. I finally found Samuels diamonds and I was blown away. My guy Monty was the best guy to work with. He was kind, patient and exhausted every possible option that I could choose within my budget. He was so helpful and I will never forget that. This is by far the best experience I have ever had with a jeweler. I will be going to Samuels diamonds again in the future. As I was looking for a ring I was explaining to Lydia what my girlfriend had in mind for a engagement ring, she did a excellent job on helping me pick one out. We had the best experience! Edward was so very patient and helpful! We spent 5 hours designing my engagement ring, we were indecisive. Edward was patient, helpful and never pushy. Everyone in the store was helpful and made the experience so enjoyable. The turnaround time was also awesome. I could come get my ring the next day!
