I was not only able to repair my factory wheels from several unfortunate curb encounters, but I was able to change the color of the wheels to the exact color and finish I wanted. Took car to Samuels on recommendation of my mechanic. Problem was clear coat was bubbling on section of both bumpers. When I arrived at shop the problem was very small ripples in clear coat. Brad Samuels came out to the see the car in the parking lot and seemed to be either distracted or un-interested in my problem. While telling me what the problem was, he started showing me how the ripples would eventually peel by making them peel. So right in front of me he created a large hole in my clear coat on both bumpers as he tried to show me what would ultimately happen. When I asked why he was damaging my car, he said "well you said you wanted it repaired anyway, right?" I really didn't know what to say except that I wouldn't do business with him if he was the last body shop on the planet. Unprofessional, unapologetic and uninterested. Go elsewhere. Worst experience I've ever had with a body shop in my entire life. I was injured in a severe accident and upon a bad recommendation brought my car to Samuel's. He comes off very sincere but after him literally keeping my car for over a month even though he knew I was paying out of pocket for a rental, milked my insurance company for every penny he could then charged me several hundreds of dollars for painting half a bumper that my insurance "wouldn't cover". Paid it just wanting my car back after over a month and the electric in the door wasn't even hooked up right and there was a gap I could fit my hand inside of in the door paneling. I took it to the dealership and paid even more to get it PROFESSIONALLY fixed later on, once again paying out of pocket. They fixed what samuels messed up within one day....samuel's said it could take days. Bad business practices, beware. read more

I recently went to Samuel's Auto Corp based on the recommendation of several friends in the central florida BMW group. I had some minor damage on the hood/front bumper of my 2009 e90 335i. Terry and Cliff kept me in the loop every step of the way regarding what was going on with the repair work on my car. I was a little hesitant to move forward with repairing the damage in leu of replacement, but they assured me everything would be perfect when it was finished. A few days later when i picked my car up, i saw that it was indeed perfect. There were no issues with the paint work, and the color match was spot on (montego blue, which isnt an easy color to match anyways with all the flake and the fading present here in florida). I'd definitely recommend this shop to anyone looking to get some repair/paint work done. I'm very happy with the whole process of repair and the final outcome. read more

Samuels is by far the best shop in the area. They have worked on several of my cars with extremely difficult paint to match and always satisfied my needs. Coming from the industry I am extremely critical of the work but I never ever had a complaint. I have and had cars with difficult paint to match and they nailed it every time. If I had any concerns they handled them right away and professionally. I recommend this place to everyone. They work on a lot of high end cars. If you're expecting pay cheap aka get work on a discount take your car some where else. The work they put in speaks volumes. There's a saying in the auto industry.... You want it fast and cheap it's not going to be done great. You want it fast and great it ain't gonna be cheap. You want it cheap and great it ain't gonna be fast. If you got a run of mill car going back for lease this probably ain't for you but if you're OCD and your car has to be perfect then you're in the right spot. read more

I brought in a 93 Mustang to have a core support replaced and the care came out like new.
