Dr. Smith billed the insurers for the exam, then billed me separately and personally for the toenail trim. I asked why he did this, 2x verbally and 3x in writing. My daughter figured she was new and suggested making an appt. She did so and gave us a card. The day before that appt. the office said they had no record of such an appt. Today, my daughter called to say we would be there in five minutes for a different appt. The staff person said we were already 5 minutes late so that appt. had to be cancelled per office policy. Customer service seems to be a foreign concept to these folks.
