Podiatrists Ryan D'Amico, Donald Erikson, Nicholas Cronin, and Keith Sherman treat all foot and ankle conditions including but not limited to diabetic foot care, sprains and fractures, ingrown and fungal nails, ulcers, bunions, hammertoes, reconstructive surgery, custom made orthotics, diagnostic ultrasound, heel pain, arthritis, deformities, warts corns and callouses, and dermatological disorders. Our office also offers digital x-rays and diabetic shoes. At Somers Foot & Ankle, each patient is treated with compassion and care, and we strive to use the most advanced technologies to aid each patient's treatment and recovery.

History

Established in 2013.

Syracuse Podiatry was established by board certified podiatrist and foot surgeon, Dr. Ryan L. D'Amico. Located in East Syracuse, NY, it was his vision to be able to provide the greater Syracuse area with the utmost foot and ankle care. Syracuse Podiatry was built and designed with patient comfort in mind. Our goal has been to provide our patients with a comfortable setting and state-of-the-art technology and equipment to deliver the best in foot and ankle care. Our philosophy was and still is today, to ensure all our patients receive the very best foot and ankle care when treating and diagnosing all foot conditions. We strive to make sure that our patients not only receive the best care and treatment, but that we also educate our patients so that they can take control of preventative care for their feet.

Meet the Business Owner: Ryan D.

Dr. Ryan D'Amico completed his undergraduate studies at LeMoyne college in Syracuse, NY. He then attended Podiatry School at the New York College of Podiatric Medicine for 4 years, moving on to complete his 3 year residency at Western Reserve Care System from 2007 to 2010, where he specialized in Podiatric Medicine and Surgery. Dr. Ryan D'Amico specializes in reconstructive foot and ankle surgery and has a special interest in diabetic foot care. He is also on staff at University Hospital where he teaches a clinical course for the medical students and carries staff privileges at Crouse, St. Joseph's Hospital, Upstate, and Rome Hospital. Dr. D'Amico treats any pedal problems including but not limited to ingrown toe nails, fractures, ulcers, and sprains at his office located in East Syracuse, NY. He also treats plantar warts, ganglion cysts, neuropathy, heel pain, tendonitis, bracing for instability and/or muscle imbalances, bunions, hammertoes, club foot and mortons neuroma.
