My daughter figured she was new and suggested making an appt. She did so and gave us a card. The day before that appt. the office said they had no record of such an appt. Today, my daughter called to say we would be there in five minutes for a different appt. The staff person said we were already 5 minutes late so that appt. had to be cancelled per office policy. Customer service seems to be a foreign concept to these folks.

The receptionist will not take messages if no medical or nursing assistant are available. Dr. Eric Edelman is very snippy and talks down to you like you're a child. From top to bottom it is the most uncaring and unfriendly staff in the history of doctor's offices. They need some education on customer service. I have never experienced such rude people in my life.
