Very annoying when reading the text especially when you hope for a more professional response. One thing about the Dr. I will add is that he said things in person that were not noted in the chart. The things he mentioned are important and now we cant even speak to the Dr. to address this issue and get stuck with staff that doesnt comprehend and that are unable to send a message without the use of the word um scattered in it like sprinkles on a cookies

The doctor took their time, was extremely thorough, and explained everything with a level of knowledge that made me feel confident in my care. What stood out most was how kind and present they were throughout the entire appointment. The exam itself was very comprehensive, and it's clear they truly care about doing things properly rather than rushing patients through. I've had some really terrible eye exam experiences in town at the last three facilities, and after leaving a doctor I loved in West Hollywood, I hadn't been able to find someone of that caliber locally until now. This office actually exceeds that experience, which says a lot. They also took my insurance and CareCredit, which made the whole process even easier and more accessible. I'm so happy to have found this office and finally feel like I've found my eye doctor. Highly recommend.

Since staring a new position at work I'm constantly looking at a computer screen and I've noticed some vision changes. I called 3 weeks ago and they gave me the earliest date and time. Arrived today about 7mins before they officially opened at 8am. They have self check in kiosks for both Fog Remington and Insight Vision Center. Easy to use they provide the instructions in English and in Spanish. You simply provide your information, Scan your DL and they also ask for a payment card. The waiting room is a good size and has many seats. The ladies at the front counter are nice. Noticed that people do try to check in with them but they would redirect them to the self service kiosks. I was called back about 10mins later. Dr.Lu is my doctor she's kind and knowledgeable, listened my concerns. My appointment as a whole lasted about 30mins. The place is clean and everyone was friendly.

Every year, I've received nothing but kind, professional, and attentive care. What makes this clinic truly special is the personal touch. Dr. Tovey's wife was the one who patiently taught me how to wear contact lenses when I was 14, and his sons have always helped with the testing--they're all so friendly and knowledgeable. Dr. Tovey consistently goes above and beyond, even giving me extra contacts at no charge. It's that level of generosity and genuine care that has earned him a permanent place in my heart. I highly recommend choosing this clinic over larger, more impersonal eye care chains. Here, you'll be treated like family and receive truly exceptional care.

Shortly thereafter, I expected an agreed upon refund. 3+ months later, with several confused and apparently untrue statements that my refund had already been returned to me, no refund has been received.
