I came in for a sinus infection and left with a print out that I could have found on google. I was seen within 10-15 minutes of arrival the check in was fast and the lady working the desk was nice and polite. I could not leave a review with Froedtert so I am leaving one here.

On the first visit a nasal endoscopy was…read moreconducted, what they didn't do was tell us that would cost $700, they also set us up with an at home sleep study as well as a CT scan to schedule. AGAIN we were not informed that insurance wouldn't be covering the entirety of those visits/exams either. We visited advent 3 times on 3 separate occasions, the final appointment we were presented with a 50/50 effectiveness option and the procedure would cost thousands. We declined this procedure as it was the only time we were informed of insurance not covering something with advent. We know what we can and cannot afford in today's world. We made an INFORMED decision as we thought we were doing THE ENTIRE TIME. A week later we are emailed a bill for all three of the appointments and owe over $1,000, AND DIDN'T even get a solution that was realistic or feasible. We had no knowledge that insurance was not covering the entirety of these appointments. Which is typically something reception staff makes you aware of at any regular hospital/doctor office setting. (E.g. Froedtert, Ascension, Aurora, any dental office, any eye doctor) Go to your primary care doctor, get a referral to an actual ENT, your wallet will thank you. It's worth the extra time spent. We have been ROBBED. Even with payment plans available, it is absolutely unethical to sit someone in a chair, stick a camera up their nose, and not once mention its going to cost them, ONTOP of the appointment price, which we were also again; NOT INFORMED insurance wasn't covering ENTIRELY. We were given no options in this scenario, and now we HAVE to pay the price for it. This is lazy and unethical conduct of practice.

PATHETIC! Got to my appt. 20 min early, they didn't get me in until 45 mins PAST my scheduled appt…read moretime. Then when they brought me back to the exam room I sat in that room for an additional 20 mins. I never got to see a "doctor" (only a p.a.) Their suction machine didn't work had to transfer me to another room. To make things even worse they sent my prescription to the wrong walgreens location so I couldn't even start my meds that same day! Look, if you want amateur service, this place is for you. Otherwise I HIGHLY recommend you AVOID this place like the plague!700
