The office is not too busy, the doctor and staff are Asian but speak English. Also they are really nice and friendly. I loved how they greeted me and talked to me while smiling. Even though they had the face masks on, I could tell they were sincerely smiling. To be honest I was nervous, scared and skeptical about getting sedated because of my previous experience BUT this time was totally different. I can say I had the best experience ever. They told me each step of the process and made me feel at ease. I went to sleep and woke up with freshness. It was super quick too. I was like .. what ?! Done !? lol. That's amazing! Other procedures are also done on site, such as Endoscopy (8 hours fasting -PROCEDURES NEED APPOINTMENT and must be accompanied by another person on the day of procedure.) You might end up waiting a long time, but at least Dr. Yio is patient and thorough once you get to see him. He doesn't see you for like 2 seconds and then sends you on your way. So that's why I didn't argue with the wait time here; esp. since we're all walk ins mostly. No credit machine here, so bring cash people
