Worst experience ever. Imagine the hell one guess through preparing for an colonoscopy appointment, and then at the last minute its cancelled because of "plumbing issues." They will call and text you a million times before the appointment to confirm but the communication totally disappeared once their "plumbing issue" came up. All they could tell was was "there are no updates" until 45 minutes before my procedure (in the afternoon), which means that the entire time I did not eat or even take a sip of water while waiting to hear from them. When they finally cancelled it, they we're basically like "oops sorry", as if they're cancelling a reservation for a meal. They showed no empathy for the situation. So now I have to do this all over again after wasting multiple days to prepare for this, not to mention the complications I had to endure during the prep phase read more

A incredible experience from the moment of checking in from the receptionist to confirming appointment at 6 am very welcoming and professional, all the nurses so caring and attentive making sure all procedures were taking care of, allergies, medications information, the anesthesiogist was so professional and friendly and then doctor Salvatore Liberato so nice and caring making sure everything was fine, after waking up was offering a juice and cookies and making sure I was ok to leave the clinic and how to go home. I was extremely impressed with my total experience here. I was super nervous, as it was my first time for the tests I was about to undergo. From the minute I walked in, staff was very friendly, prompt, and professional. I only waited a few minutes before being called downstairs to the procedure area. The facility seemed very clean, and run very smoothly. Nurse and doctors explained everything, and put me at ease. Aftercare nurse gave me a sweet snack , and then made sure I was able to walk without feeling dizzy. Another nurse escorted me back to the waiting area to meet my husband. I had no choice but to avoid Queens Endoscopy - I have also discussed this office with my internist who knows me for over 25 years. He was shocked. Since I am having GI issues, again, and know what I experienced, let me tell all those who read this review that owners always have the place they create, they condone and perpetuate. So, I am not going to have my next procedure here, nor any other procedure here, ever. So, Queens Endoscopy has improved? And, they reply to my review one year + later...this is progress? Dr. Nia is a great doctor and I feel very safe in his care. this Facility is OK but procedures are downstairs on the first floor and there's no ventilation in the waiting room which I don't like but upstairs in the first waiting room you go into and is nice and clean. the staff are friendly the bathrooms are clean and I don't find anything wrong with this location. Got there really really late, they said noting, gave me the paperwork to fill, got called and asked to change, couple of nurses came by and checked on me, another took my info in details, all what I ate, meds I took, surgeries, & allergies. Another nurse came and explained the test I was going to have and took my vitals. Went into the OR and was out until the nurse woke me up and asked me where I was, and if I knew where I am, why I am here, etc. Doctor came, checked on me and explained what he did and when do I need to follow up. The people at Queens Endoscopy are very nice but their office is disorganized. Be prepared for HIPPA violations due to the inattention to patient privacy. Complaints with respect to same did not appear to be taken seriously and there was no follow-up. Additionally, since Dr. Batash is the affiliated GI, I will not be returning. Dr. Batash is rude, inappropriate, and has a horrible bed-side manner. I do not recommend this facility due to the HIPPA violation and affiliation with a horrible GI doctor. read more

I found the staff to be kind and professional and very efficient. My procedure was scheduled for 12pm and I arrived at 11am, was in by 11:30 and was going home by 12:45. I didn't feel at all rushed, I was feeling fine enough to go home. I liked that there was not a million forms to fill out but just 2 forms to sign and then I met with a clerk to complete the rest of my registration and sign electronically. I recommended this place and I highly recommend Dr. Rand. read more

My husband had a procedure completed there yesterday by an affiliated provider. We had a horrible experience regarding their office procedures on collecting payment. BEWARE! They called us over and advised they left a message advising we would have to pay over $800 upon check-in. We never got a message. I asked them for a reason as to the cost and they stated it was a facility fee and anesthesiologist fee. I asked for a breakdown and they could not provide and I asked for proof same was billed to my insurance company and they could not provide it. They provided me with their billing department phone number to call. Of course we paid at the moment to not hold up the procedure. I called and to make a long stroy should, they made an error. They were working off "estimated costs" and looked at the wrong plan deductible. The new cost was at 50% difference. Then it was an issue as to how we would get refunded and when my husband received a call back to advise it was processed, he was referred to as "the one with the wife." Talk about unprofessional. I spoke to both their billing department and office supervisor, Mike Torres, and explained how poor their process is and questioned how many people walk out not getting the medical assistance they need. While apologies were provided, I feel bad for others that could not pay. This isn't a food or shopping experience gone wrong, it's medical procedures that people need that affect their health and life. Very disappointing. read more

If there was a way to give no stars I would that is how horrendous this place is. They tell you to come a half hour to an hour ahead of your appointment and then you end up sitting in 2 different waiting rooms for hours before you are even seen. Then you spend another hour or 2 in recovery. There is absolutely no organization or regard for the patients. My appointment was for 10am and was not released until 2:30pm. There is absolutely no reason why a 15 min appointment should take 4 and a half hours. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place like the plague. read more

Recently had endoscopy done at Queens Endoscopy. I use one of the affiliated GI doctors. The center is state of the art. Everything went smoothly. Nurses were nice and I felt at ease despite of being very nervous before the procedure. I used DR. BATASH whom I found through Zoc Doc and was very pleased with the service at his office as well as Endoscopy Center. I will go back for my follow up Endoscopy in three years. read more
