We are now in 2026 and despite several follow ups, the management has failed to make an arrangement to deliver the fully paid for appliances or arrange a refund. I can no longer recommend this store.

Sean was amazing he took so much time explaining to us the different brands and even went so far as to bring a washer I was considering to the back of the shop. He hooked it up and let it run a complete cycle so I could see and hear for myself how well it work. Upon delivery of my new washing machine I called Sean to let him know that I did not receive the hot and cold water hose. He explained that they are no longer included but said it was no big deal and he would drop it off for me. To my surprise Sean took time out of his day to go to home depot and purchase the hose free of charge to me and bring it to my house. In this day and age that level of service is unheard of. I am so grateful for everything and highly recomment Appliance Bazaar ok Kennedy to everyone. And I absolutely love my new Huebsch washer. Thanks a million Sean.

This was a very old stove in a rental property, and it did not make sense spending that kind of money to fix it. However, it was a bit of an issue because I had given an estimated date for delivery, however, the renovation had not started and I received a notification of delivery before, on a Friday evening, tried getting a hold of a live person on the phone, did not work. I replied back to the delivery notification email and asked to Cancel the delivery, and they did cancel. This was the only issue I had, other than that, Canadian Appliance Source, has quality appliances, good prices and plenty of locations in Ontario. Overall experience was very good. I have to wait and see how the appliances work, renovations still not finished.

Very disappointed with Miele! If I can give negative star rating, I would…read more I bought 4 appliances from Miele, the most expensive one being their latest Steam-Convection Combi oven. It malfunctioned within the first month of use, with a 'Fault - 193'. That's the first disappointment as Miele swears by their product quality. Then, I had to wait one week before the Miele service center could schedule a technician to my house. If their quality is so good and their products rarely require servicing, I would expect their techs to sit around waiting for service calls. So with a turnaround time of a week, that's another disappointment. The technician came after a week, and yet, he couldn't fix the problem. He left without a clear explanation, but just to say that the service center will call me to schedule another visit. Very poor customer service indeed! I waited a day, and have to call them myself. This time they told me it was a temperature sensor that needed replacing. But the part is not stocked and had to be ordered from Germany. I escalated the issue, and even with expediting the part, the earliest I could expect servicing is yet another week and a half. At that time, the scheduled service call was set at 10am. The day before the second servicing, the technician called in the evening to say that he would be coming at 8:30am instead. That time was very inconvenient to me and my household, but the technician insisted that he could not change the schedule. I called Miele Customer support with the hope of rescheduling, just to get the same blunt reply that the technician had to be at my place at THEIR scheduled time. They told me that if I was not satisfied, I could escalate, and the tech would still be dispatched at THEIR time! I have never encountered such BAD customer service ever! Miele is the WORST by far! Very disappointing!

Received a call today from an individual named Mohammed, who represents TASCO. He very politely…read morenoted that TASCO does not take responsibility for repairs to its products-that those are handled through the manufacturer directly. In our case, because TASCO sold us a lemon which GE replaced, any service we might have received from TASCO was voided within weeks of purchase since the replacement was provided by GE-not TASCO. Long story short, TASCO has no interest in making things right. They sold us a piece of junk and failed to stand behind it. Mohammed spent a while explaining how TASCO's warranty program works-my take away is that "TASCO will not help". Having to spend more than half the value of the microwave on a replacement for a crappy plastic part within two years is throwing good money after bad. I will not use TASCO again. I sincerely hope their customer service people read this and realize this is why I'm buying appliances from COSTCO going forward. I feel ripped off-and worse, I feel let down by a company that used to have a great reputation for customer service. No more.
