We took delivery of the washer and dryer and had a scheduled delivery date for the remaining appliances in December 2025. Ryan asked to reschedule until the new year as he had a cold. We are now in 2026 and despite several follow ups, the management has failed to make an arrangement to deliver the fully paid for appliances or arrange a refund. I can no longer recommend this store.

Honest guy and fixed my dryer (heat wasn't working). Woohoo. This is my first time hiring a handy man so you can only imagine how overwhelming it can be to find one since there are so many to choose from. But I chose Appliances Wizards for the owner just seemed like an honest and hardworking person. If you check his website, he even says why overcharge when people are just trying to get things fixed so they can get on with their day to day life. Glad my confidence in this small business owner panned out. Give him a try. You won't be disappointed.

Sean was amazing he took so much time explaining to us the different brands and even went so far as to bring a washer I was considering to the back of the shop. He hooked it up and let it run a complete cycle so I could see and hear for myself how well it work. Upon delivery of my new washing machine I called Sean to let him know that I did not receive the hot and cold water hose. He explained that they are no longer included but said it was no big deal and he would drop it off for me. To my surprise Sean took time out of his day to go to home depot and purchase the hose free of charge to me and bring it to my house. In this day and age that level of service is unheard of. I am so grateful for everything and highly recomment Appliance Bazaar ok Kennedy to everyone. And I absolutely love my new Huebsch washer. Thanks a million Sean.

This was a very old stove in a rental property, and it did not make sense spending that kind of money to fix it. Very disappointed with Miele! If I can give negative star rating, I would…read more I bought 4 appliances from Miele, the most expensive one being their latest Steam-Convection Combi oven. It malfunctioned within the first month of use, with a 'Fault - 193'. That's the first disappointment as Miele swears by their product quality. Then, I had to wait one week before the Miele service center could schedule a technician to my house. If their quality is so good and their products rarely require servicing, I would expect their techs to sit around waiting for service calls. So with a turnaround time of a week, that's another disappointment. The technician came after a week, and yet, he couldn't fix the problem. He left without a clear explanation, but just to say that the service center will call me to schedule another visit. Very poor customer service indeed! I waited a day, and have to call them myself. This time they told me it was a temperature sensor that needed replacing. But the part is not stocked and had to be ordered from Germany. I escalated the issue, and even with expediting the part, the earliest I could expect servicing is yet another week and a half. At that time, the scheduled service call was set at 10am. The day before the second servicing, the technician called in the evening to say that he would be coming at 8:30am instead. That time was very inconvenient to me and my household, but the technician insisted that he could not change the schedule. I called Miele Customer support with the hope of rescheduling, just to get the same blunt reply that the technician had to be at my place at THEIR scheduled time. They told me that if I was not satisfied, I could escalate, and the tech would still be dispatched at THEIR time! I have never encountered such BAD customer service ever! Miele is the WORST by far! Very disappointing!
