Sam Special is great!! 3 Eggs and the works! Should of taken picture before indulged!

This is a hidden gem! The service was spot on. The food was hot and tasty! The place is so clean and environment is comfortable! Dont miss it

A LONG blonde hair in my food

Absolutely disgusted, halfway through one of my egg Benedict's when I saw something which I thought it was a string of cheese when it's pulled really thin but realized there was no cheese on this order. Upon closer look I was DISGUSTED to realize it was a VERY LONG blonde hair, absolutely disgusting. BESIDES the hair there was also no salt in the food and it was very bland. Stay FAR AWAY from this place

I was craving breakfast food and Sam's was down the street, so I decided to try it. I originally wanted steak and eggs but they were all out of steak for the day, so I elected to get the corned beef hash. The waitress recommended it, gave me the ingredients and was super kind. The food took less than ten minutes, and it tasted great! The eggs tasted fresh, the corned beef hash was surprisingly yummy despite being from a can, the toast was not dry or burnt, and the home fries were phenomenal. The waitress was extremely nice, and I would recommend Sam's just based off of her customer service. The prices, portion sizes and atmosphere are great! They will be seeing me more often.

Came here from a recommendation of a client. Said is was good and cheap. Walked over nice little place and friendly people. 10.99 for omelette and bacon seemed fine to me. Tasty I ordered the kitchen sink omelette. I'll be back for sure.

Good enough. The waitresses don't exude warmth and the place gets overwhelmed when Mass lets out. Claustrophobic like many breakfast places. Food is what you would expect, no complaints.

My burnt to a crisp disgusting bagel. With no cream cheese since they couldn't add that to the bag and it's really hard to follow direction.

French toast with no syrup, a grilled bagel burnt beyond being edible, with no cream cheese, cold home fries and sent me a hot chocolate instead of chocolate milk. Then to top it all off, the miserable wildabeast that answered the phone. Glad she started yelling at me on the phone. Wrong person to screw with dumbdumb. You're supposed to be a manager. Don't ever speak to a customer, who order you just crapped down your leg like they did something wrong.

We wanted to be somewhere by 8am, so that worked for us. 2) They have a parking lot, just past the intersection, after the building on Water Street. Okay, this was more of a bonus for us, at least initially, but when I got there and saw the streets around them, I even more appreciated it. There's also an entry from the parking lot, but it isn't particularly clearly marked. I read about it on someone else's review, and got there first, so I had time to meander. But is the metal staircase closest to the sidewalk. There was a single waitress, which meant service wasn't the quickest. But she was nice and knew her regular by name. The booths had clear plastic (or glass... I didn't touch them to verify) dividers - perhaps due to the pandemic and social distancing, perhaps not, but I liked them and they seemed a part of the original booths, rather then an after thought. We split a sweet and a savory - double strawberry pancakes (3 pancakes with both berries cooked in, and strawberry compote, whipped cream on the side) $12.50, and Granite Street Benedict (with corned beef hash) $14.50. The sweet was surprisingly not too sweet, while the savory was a bit too salty. We weren't hurried along or anything. And they take both cash or credit.

It's colorful, it's groovy, it's bright, it's nostalgic. Even the employees are wearing shirts with funky themes and patterns. There are TVs showing shows from back then. The floors are checkered, the ceiling is silver, the chairs are red and the tables are blue. We were seated at a booth, which can more than comfortably sit 4-6 people. The menu is HUGE, think cheesecake factory but for a diner. There's a little bit of everything but the font and everything around it makes it hard to focus on what each item is. I went very simple and chose the Simon and Garfunkel which included two pancakes or French toast, two eggs, two bacon, two sausage, toast, and home fries for $18.99. After about 15 minutes, our food came out. The bacon could have been crispier, with some parts being wobbly. The sausage was thick, juicy, and savory. The potatoes were a little bland and mushy on the outside. The eggs were cooked medium, just how I requested them, and the englush muffin was a little different than your traditional ones since it didn't have the little pockets of air but it was still good. The French toast was moist, but I wish it had more cinnamon - the egg was the dominant flavor. Overall, it was a very satisfying breakfast. There is plenty of parking as it's in a plaza

Chose the Philly Cheese Steak and got the arugula salad which was fairly large for a side. Sandwich was also good-sized and I only could eat half but the other half made for a nice lunch the next day. Others were happy with their meals, I honestly forget what everyone ordered. The draft beers and other drinks came quickly and waitress was good about keeping our glasses full. Very responsive. Was sort of loud place is my only complaint. After doing a quick TikTok search, I was prompted to try out this chicken sandwich from Rubato. We walked over and actually missed it on the street because it's so tiny. After realizing it, we turned around and to our surprise, there were several people inside eating and others waiting. This must be a good sign. We walked in and it was the most casual, laid-back establishment. The green color scheme and plants gave it a more earthy vibe, which I absolutely loved. Since we didn't necessarily know what to order we decided to split the fried chicken bolo. When I tell you, I have not stopped thinking about that sandwich since I ate it, I'm not kidding. It was absolutely delicious. My husband, who was resistant to even going in the first place, kept telling everyone around town about it. So definitely more of a takeout place. We got the fried chicken bolo bao and the rubato fun fun (rice roll with Beef Brisket. Curry Fishball. Sesame Sauce. Hoisin.). The bolo bao was soft, had good flavor and a nice topping. The sandwich did fall apart a bit as you ate it though. The actual chicken was a bit disappointing. It's chicken thigh when I usually like breast for sandwiches. And it wasn't crispy at all. All of the breading was soft. The rice rolls were different. I've never had them served like that where the plain rolls are rolled up and cut into pieces. Then they put the hoisin and sesame sauce on top with the meat and fish balls. The rolls eat pretty bland since the sauce doesn't get into the center. That being said the brisket and fishball flavors were amazing.
