Need more workers in tire department, I was a walk In customer and all I wanted was my tires balanced and rotated they had no vehicles in any bay but couldn't do my tires same day, manger gave me my money back on portion of lifetime balance and rotation. I don't recommend dealing with box stores when tire service is needed read more

. SAM'S CLUBS These have become regular stops for us. We try to buy all paper goods, canned veggies, bath soap, et; from Sam's. Our usual store is Ambassador Caffery in Lafayette LA. Lately, that location has been "out" of several items we regularly buy. Large parking area has little shade, and fills-up quickly. Sam's has great values, but one still must "price-shop". Tried for over 15 minutes to get help at the Jewelry counter. Used the app scanned the code all to no avail. Every time I need help it takes forever to get help. Tire Center does a good job. The rest of the store is great as long as you don't need help. If you need assistance you are out of luck, especially on the weekend. read more

Gvingthe bigest and best place as well i them a 100 stars fpr their efferts and their whole community, giving and sving kostymer service awards and their AWESOME sales coupon super savers,too. I was going into the Sams club on ambassador, on a Sunday, whenever there was this short line of people, it barely moved and I was there for over 10 minutes, and it was crowded. It took forever to get into sams and whenever I did the fruit was rotten. You could see flies swarming some of the grapes, and service horrible they told us it was 3 dollars off each lamb package, so I had bought two. Then they had charged me for six despite the obvious sign, and the costumer service line was thankfully not that long and ended up giving me my six. Three dollars off the lamb was not worth my mortal soul. read more

Store is great but the curbside pick up is terrible. It's faster just getting out and shopping yourself. Second time using curbside, each time after waiting over 10 minutes in the car I just got out and got it inside at the check out area. Which required an additional waiting time for the workers either to show up (1st instance) or to get to you (2nd). Even then they ended up checking out the person behind me in line first. So yes the store is nice and well stocked but skip the curbside!!! If you want that then use the Walmart off Pinhook. They are fast and do a great job. read more

I can't even get them on the phone to arrange a membership for my family so that I can give them my money. I was just on hold with customer service for 15 minutes or so twice in a row and was disconnected both times. You could clearly hear the phone being picked up and put back down on the other end. It's a pretty run of the mill big box store. It is usually well stocked and clean. However even when it is slow there is usually a line at the checkout. Sunday is the worst day for checkout. Avoid on Sunday at all cost. read more

The customer service is ok. I just really wish they would have more cashiers. That is one of the biggest problems I have with Sam's. Other then that the prices aren't too bad. And I am always seeing products that I haven't seen before. And their meat and seafood selection is very good as well. read more

I don't usually complain when something goes wrong at a business. I understand people have bad days, but is that ever a reason to take it out on a customer?... No. That simple. My complaint is on Lisa. An employee of SAMs club for 18 years. Which is a joke. She was rude. Plain and simple. She thought because I was younger that she was gonna say what she wanted. No ma'am. I've never encountered someone so rude at SAMs club. This started by me walking through the doors at 9:48. 12 minutes before 10. Have they ever stopped me from walking in before around that time? No. So why this Lisa lady. Either train your employees to all follow these "rules" she wanted to throw at me or don't. On top of that she had the lobby backed up with green card holders all because she didn't wanna let me in 12 minutes early. (And believe me, I was waiting for her to let one in). Therefore, the "business" card holders got blocked. It could of been simple. She say it nicely but she was just rude. I have a feeling she came from previously working at a Walmart. Being a manager at at business were we strive on customer service, the way this lady acted was unprofessional. I sure hope Mrs. Tracy I talked to spoke with management like I asked. Do I expect this lady to get fired? No. Do I expect her to know I give respect when given? Yes. read more

Please have more cashiers! I'm not sure what the busy days are, but when I go which ya mostly Sundays there are always a lack of cashiers. Where I have seen improvement is with customer service! The store associates are very helpful. read more

Horrible service and by the supervisor at that. It's too long to put whole thing but short story: Our plus membership gets 2% cash back rewards on purchases redeemable by both the primary and complimentary household card members. Lafayette location completely disregards the terms and conditions of the cash back rewards trying and succeeding for no telling how long only letting primary card holder redemption privileges. Supervisor yesterday didn't even look when I pulled up terms to show her where is says who can redeem it and definitely didn't try to figure out why it says that and Lafayette does opposite of terms. After that frustrating situation, I called Sam's corporate to verify what was correct and of terms and conditions are always abided by. Even after a phone call from the one I spoke with on the phone to the Lafayette I still had an issue and of course same supervisor when trying to redeem earned cash rewards. Supervisor was arguing with me and the cashier who has to get a supervisor override beings this time I just wanted the cash since I purchased the item day before. Lafayette location seems to think that they can make up own rules no matter what is agreed to with membership and if the supervisor I had to deal with is like any other ones at that location customer service is not a priority. It seemed that the supervisors priority was to assert her power and even after a call from corporate telling them terms to be followed, she still couldn't act like a supervisor and apologize for my 2 round trips of 1 1/2 hours total drive time one of which should have never happen nor could apologize for the inconvenience due to her actions and just simply apologize for any misunderstanding on her part and that my business is appreciated. That's just basic Business/Sales management even if the customer was some what wrong (which in this case I was not). Great deals at sams and love the deals but always make sure you have read everything about what you have, use or buying so you get what is promised. I have read numerous situations similar to mine about Lafayette, La location. read more
