I have been a customer of this business for two decades and am as qualified as any customer to evaluate their product over time. I have had my car cleaned at the most inexpensive level and at the hand waxed and polished level. I cannot remember an instance that I was disappointed in the product. After the wash, the cleaning personnel always tell me that any shortcoming will be addressed. This business provides a quality car wash at a reasonable price. Unfortunately, this company will never receive business from me again. I stopped for a car wash, went through the typical process of choosing my wash, getting out of my vehicle, going through the checkout (where I got cash back to tip the worker), and waiting for my car. Two days later I get a voicemail from the manager, but unfortunately they were closed when I tried to call back. The next morning I received a phone call from a police officer. The police officer was at the car wash with the manager claiming that I did not pay for my wash. The manager stated he sent me a Facebook message (which I didn't see, because it was in my "message requests"), CONTACTED MY EMPLOYER and told them about the situation, then left me a voice message. The manager did not even allow me a full 24 hours to return his call, and said that his boss felt he'd made enough attempts to contact me...so call the police. Completely unprofessional, humiliating, and a blatant misuse of law enforcement. Checking my bank account, it turns out I was only charged for the cash back, so I provided them my card information to run the full payment. Their employees made a series of errors, which is completely understandable we are all human...I didn't look at my receipt to ensure it was paid, another human error...however the way I was treated and the manner in which the situation was handled is completely unacceptable. I brought my car in today to get it washed. Fingers crossed hoping they could help with how bad of shape it was in. I had left my front window cracked at home a week before and we had a bad rainstorm. Soon as I realize my window was down. I rolled it up and thought it would be okay. It was a few days after that that I drove my car. It smelled terrible, had mildew, not to mention that it was parked under a tree and the leaves had stained and made the outside look terrible also. I took it into Sam's car wash, knowing that they do a good job. I was completely surprised at the amount of time they spent and how great of a job they did making my car look and smell good again! I have been going to this same carwash for over 25 years. I have stayed loyal even when there were other, cheaper, newer competitors around. I spent the last money I will EVER spend at this carwash on 9/3/2024. I had the monthly plan, which I was told by the cashier when I purchased it, was $29.99 per month. What she failed to tell me it that it went up to $42 after the first month! She talked up the plan and how it was only $5 more than the current one-time wash I was getting that day. So I took the bait! She NEVER said a word about the price only being good for one month. So the next month, when I saw the charge on my bank statement, I called the store. The first person I got on the phone was a very rude, older man, who only said to me, "well, you signed the paper". And I did get a call back from another person who made things right, at that time. I also canceled any further monthly payments at the at time. Well, imagine my shock and surprise the next month when there was a $42 charge on my statement again!!!! Anyway, I was able to get that refunded, but the whole experience of this has turned me off to Sam's. I guess I will be using Heroes or someone else from now on!! read more

DO not go here ! They are racist ! I was a loyal customer for several years. (1) day one of their employees stole my entire check out of my vehicle. I signed up for a car wash pass and November 22 I went in an attempted to cancel it. They removed money from my account November , December and January after (3) request to cancel the membership. In January I contacted them and received a refund. As a courtesy one of the managers told me that my monthly plan would stay active through the 14th of February. When I attempted to get a car wash on 2/3/2023 I was told the plan was now disabled and I was never informed that the plan would remain active. The "general manager" wouldn't even let me finish my sentence as he was shaking his head telling me no. When I attempted to contact the manager that informed me that the plan would remain active I was informed that he was "indisposed" overall horrible experience . Don't go there if your a women or of color ! They are a bunch of old white racist that only hire crack heads and, thieves . I pray the new car wash coming take them out of business !!!! read more

No less than 10 people were involved with washing me truck, so you'd think it would be immaculate. This is one of the most half assed car washes I've spent $30 on. Exterior body was washed ok . Windows and interior not so much. Pictures below speak for themselves read more

Waited in line 20 minutes today to be told that this location was too busy to shampoo my carpets. Customer service is obviously not a priority to them. This location should not advertise a service that they do not intend to perform. read more
