Went back in March before Easter and the entire store was closed for renovations. Now it's 2 weeks before Mother's Day and the retail side is open but the only thing they changed was the flooring. The flowers are not ready for spring shoppers. Minimal to choose from. The planters that would typically sell for $150 all planted and ready to go have just been planted and look pathetic. They've missed 3 major flower holidays to replace the floor on one side?? And it's still not complete.

None of those requests were honored and there was no willingness to satisfy the customer. If they knew they wouldn't be able to do arrangements that way, they should've indicated that upfront. I was asked by a number of guests if I made the arrangements myself...they were that bad. Also, we were waiting to receive the flowers an hour after they were delivered because instead of delivering them into the restaurants banquet room, they set them inside the front door and left without saying anything to anyone.

These were people who told me they had worked in the hospitality and events industry for over a decade and had seen so many weddings over the years, and they said my flowers were some of the most beautiful they had ever seen. I feel like that says everything. The pictures truly do not do them justice. Our professional wedding photos are not ready yet, but I took these on my iPhone because I just had to capture them.   The flowers were literally everything I wanted, but better. It was exactly what I explained to them and what I envisioned, to a T. The artists here are so experienced and truly gifted. I was honestly in disbelief when I saw them bringing in my flowers. I was over the moon. I genuinely think one of my favorite parts of the entire day was seeing my bouquet for the first time.
