Heidi made sure to explain the process fully and carefully created the colour that I was looking to achieve. To help her with the colour I had in mind, I brought the lip tint that I normally used. She then crafted the colour with her pigments and ensured that I was happy with the colour prior to applying it. Keeping in mind that everyone's pain tolerance level is different, I did not feel uncomfortable or in pain during the actual process (numbing cream was used before the process begun). Heidi made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire lip blushing process. Upon completion, she thoroughly explained the healing and aftercare process. Again, keeping in mind that everyone's skin will react differently, my lips were pretty swollen after. However, as advised by Heidi, the swelling subsided after 2 days and the whole healing process took about 6 days for all the scabs to come off. Thank you Heidi for doing such a wonderful job!

Linda was very gentle and quick, and was able to fix how my lashes looked in the end when I wanted it to look more noticeable. Their express set prices are very reasonable and their work is great. She did not try to upsell me (whereas some places will) and recommended that I go for the cheaper option of trying out the express lash set and add more if I wanted for my lash fill. Each fill I maintained a full set with a mix of 2D and 3D, I loved it. It was easy to get ready in the morning and many people complimented my lashes. They also provide a cute kit with a lash wand to brush your lashes and a facial sponge to better wash your face. The only feedback I would have is to give me more information about lash care, the card was helpful but I had to find out myself how to remove makeup and take care of them properly. My natural lashes did unfortunately get damaged and became extremely short after I removed them but I believe that should be normal.

I have been to so many nail salons and I always asked for bio gel, which they all got done for me as asked. She looked at my nails and said to not get it because it would make my nails more weak since I don't do my nails often like others. When you think about it, bio gel is more expensive and that means they get more money in their business, but she told me to not get it and just do the cheaper one (shellac). She even said it's cheaper and better for my nails which doesn't get done every couple of weeks or so. While she was fixing up my sad nails, she was so friendly.
