Shannon was my lash technician each time and she did a great job. When I first went in she gave me a brief consultation to figure out what I wanted. She did not try to upsell me (whereas some places will) and recommended that I go for the cheaper option of trying out the express lash set and add more if I wanted for my lash fill. Each fill I maintained a full set with a mix of 2D and 3D, I loved it. It was easy to get ready in the morning and many people complimented my lashes. They also provide a cute kit with a lash wand to brush your lashes and a facial sponge to better wash your face. The only feedback I would have is to give me more information about lash care, the card was helpful but I had to find out myself how to remove makeup and take care of them properly. My natural lashes did unfortunately get damaged and became extremely short after I removed them but I believe that should be normal.

Tina ia fabulous and makes sure you feel comfortable! I would definitely recommend getting the lash lift AND tint done for you upper as it makes they look more prominent and fuller. Heidi made sure to explain the process fully and carefully created the colour that I was looking to achieve. To help her with the colour I had in mind, I brought the lip tint that I normally used. She then crafted the colour with her pigments and ensured that I was happy with the colour prior to applying it. Keeping in mind that everyone's pain tolerance level is different, I did not feel uncomfortable or in pain during the actual process (numbing cream was used before the process begun). Heidi made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire lip blushing process. Upon completion, she thoroughly explained the healing and aftercare process. Again, keeping in mind that everyone's skin will react differently, my lips were pretty swollen after. However, as advised by Heidi, the swelling subsided after 2 days and the whole healing process took about 6 days for all the scabs to come off. Thank you Heidi for doing such a wonderful job!

Out of all the extension places I've tried (more than a dozen in the GTA), Tokyo Beauty Studio is the ONLY place I've come back to. I've been coming to them for a couple years now; Whenever I go on vacation and don't want to deal with the hassle of falsies/mascara, you can find me here. There are different technicians, but everyone is excellent. They're perfectionists and meticulous. I can tell them what I'm looking for - and they'll definitely deliver. Unlike other eyelash extension places, they always understand what I want before putting lashes on me. Best of all, these lashes LAST. The full look lasts around 3 weeks for me (Which is a miracle. Admittedly I do rub my eyes, use cleansing oil, the whole shebam.) I don't want a "I bought $1 falsies from eBay and stacked them on my eye" look. Much to our dismay when we arrived that Sunday afternoon, there were only 2 employees working, in a salon with a total of 13 tables and chairs, while 1 employee was already with another client. They brought in 2 of us first and my husband was left behind. 1 employee started with my stepdaughter's pedicure and set me up to soak my feet for a pedicure while the other employee finished up with their client. I asked the one that was working on my stepdaughter how they were going to get us all done in 2 hours? We had come in for my stepdaughter's birthday to get all our manicure/pedicure services done at the same time. The 1 employee professed that a 3rd employee was scheduled to work but called that very morning to say she was unable to come in. I replied that they should have contacted me to advise me that they were going to be short-staffed and not able to fulfill our appointment as requested. I told them that we had other events planned after our appointment and that we could not wait around for 4 hours while we all received our services. This is very poor customer service and my husband and I did not end up receiving services that day nor will I ever go back. Also, we ended up getting charged over double the prices that are posted on this web listing, and the services I had requested were not even available!!! This business is very poorly managed and we were very disappointed that we were not able to celebrate my stepdaughter's birthday the way we had planned. We did not feel pampered at all.

I am absolutely in love with the results! My short straight Asian lashes were transformed into the wispy fluttering lashes that I've always wanted! They looked completely natural as well and I received many compliments by friends and family on how great my lashes looked! First off, the atmosphere inside Moss was clean and fresh, and their lash stations were located in a very pretty area at the back of the store that was nice and cozy. My lash tech did a great job in making sure I was comfortable the entire time, and explained what she was doing so I was never in the dark about what was happening (even with my eyes closed haha). I got the Love Classic set and the whole process took just a little over an hour and a half. At one point I was so relaxed I ended up falling asleep! I will definitely be coming back to get fills when I can, and would gladly recommend this place to anyone wanting to amp up their lash game!
