I was able to book for myself and each of my guests - also specifying the service each of us wanted individually. There's an option to select your technician but since we haven't been there, I just left it blank. I actually called 2-3 times because we're unfamiliar with what we wanted and needed some clarifications. They answered the phone each time and were so friendly and welcoming. I immediately felt great about selecting this place. We arrived a few minutes ahead and were welcomed by the staff. They set us up in our stations with our techs and let us choose our colours. I had sent reference photos in advance for the brides' selection and they actually had prepared the exact right shades for her to select from. 2 of us had shellac and the 3rd got a gel extension set. Shellac went fantastic. My technician was Kris. He's AMAZING! I let him know I have very sensitive cuticles - they tend to hurt and bleed. He was so gentle and I felt zero pain at all. First time I ever found that process to be relaxing. He also fixed my broken nail using gel, and it's like brand new! I asked for almond shape nails. Previous salons could never quite get the shape without shortening my nails a lot, but he got it done so quick and they are literally perfect. So cute, still got my length, and beautifully done. I love how he took his time to use the buffer on the edges so the scraggly bits get cleaned off. He really pays attention to the details. I got a sort of sheer pink with a magnetic topper. He applied everything so perfectly and I loved chatting with him the whole time. I am so happy with my nails. The whole experience was great. My cousins also enjoyed their services. The gel extensions takes quite a bit more time, but I can appreciate that they're trying to make sure the shape and length are perfect. We were all really happy with our nails. Our Bride to Be was ecstatic. They matched her inspiration photos perfectly! The nail salon itself is gorgeous. Very simple decor, beautiful seating, lovely wait area, etc. They just made the most of a small space and still kept it feeling very spacious inside. Huge kudos to whomever designed the layout. Too bad there's so much construction outside - but that's Toronto for you. Don't let it deter you from checking this place out. 100% will be back!

I recently decided to try a new place to get my eyelashes done, prior to this I've been to Keiko's…read moreon Dundas and another private/home eyelash stylist. The original reason for leaving Keiko was because she was getting more busy and the job got a tad sloppier, although for the price she was definitely more affordable. I tried the 3D volume lashes here at Divine lashes and had them for 3 weeks before I had a refill. They stayed on great and lash separation was amazing, (sometimes stylists clump two lashes together). If you take care of them properly(wash them, comb, blow dry cool) they'll last you a lot longer. I opt to go for the natural flair with C curl. My stylist was great, we have a consultation first and she explained to me my maximum length (30% more than my original lashes) would provide me with the longest wear. She was very carefully in understand what look I wanted and told me we could keep changing it as we go on, which I did upon my refill. I decided to try the D curl this time, which was more curly and made my eyes pop more. The facility is small, but clean, and professional. The little things I notice them do that drives them over the top for me is that they carefully clean your lashes before application, provide you with eyelash soap, and keep track of your eyelash status. I typically have more lashes on my right eye and she would try to match it up with my left so that both sides looked even.I highly recommend coming here if your budget allows for it.

I'm not comfortable with telephones but was able to make an appointment by emailing Lauren. She was able to fit me in on the day I needed. Lauren was great! She makes you feel comfortable while doing your makeup. And the makeup was amazing! I needed something natural and she was able to do it. It looked good on in person and looked even better on camera. When she was done, she asked if I would like anything changed or added but it was perfect just the way it was. The price is $65 for makeup but compared to the $80 I paid somewhere else last time, it was a great price. I would definitely go back if I wanted my makeup done.
