They had every excuse and reasons on how bumpers are made, how they're put on, how they are to be repaired, etc. So to appease me they did try to fix it again by gluing it. I thought to myself, gluing it!!! What the.....??!!! Well guess what. It didn't work, my bumper came apart at the seam and I'm totally aggravated and upset over it since I'm a car guy. I never park next to anyone, I detail my own cars, and my expectations are high. So I'm driving around a high end car with a split in the seam where the bumper meets the body. You think I'm going to recommend them! The problem with big business today, and I'm just guessing in this case, is that a lot of successful businesses are bought out by private equity and they are ONLY concerned about profit, not customer care. There are plenty of other body shops in the St. Louis area that insurance companies have on their list. I cannot in good conscience recommend Caliber Collision.
