Dr. Jones is the first dentist in my life that was able to figure out the actual cause of my pain and devise a care plan to fix the problem. Thankfully, I have been pain free ever since. I also had multiple mercury fillings that needed to be remediated. NRD has an extensive protocol to prevent any further exposure to mercury. We were able to remove the fillings and replace them with safe, non-toxic white fillings. After we addressed my jaw pain and fillings, we were able to move forward with veneers. One of my front teeth had always been a different shape and color from the other. I wanted to brighten my smile and create a little more symmetry. We went with 6 veneers and I now have the smile I've always wanted. The team at NRD goes above and beyond for their patients. Scheduling is a breeze. She told me to come in the next day and have the other dentist, Dr. Wilbur- redo the temporary front tooth. Dr. Wilbur re-matched my temporary, made it a lighter shade, polished it to perfection, and SEALED it with a shiny layer to make it resemble a tooth! I was shocked by how much nicer it looked, which further reinforced in me the notion that Dr. Bradley COULD have made the temporary look better but cut corners and did not, even after I told her I would be in front of a camera and needed it to look nice.

I won't hesitate to bail (even as a new patient) just to seek out someone better. You pretty much get one chance to keep me or lose me. The biggest issue I face is that I've been cursed with ultra-sensitive teeth. And most people who work on my teeth just butcher their approach. They eagerly whip out the Cavitron, my mortal enemy that ejects sprays of cold water, something that simulates my teeth being ripped out with pliers. Lazy hygienists seem to prefer this approach over simply scraping away the plaque by hand. After circulating through at least 15 dentist offices in my life, I finally found Laser Dentistry in Franklin. The drive coming down from Nashville is absolutely worth it!
