I recently called about a garage door opener that was over 20 years old and knew it was time to replace it. Dustin showed up on time and took the courtesy to call me when he was on his way. I cannot say how professional, friendly, and skilled the workers have been. There are not many companies today who 1) promptly return your phone calls; 2) very reasonably priced; 3) respect your property; and 4) are HONEST as the day is long. I have recommended them to family, friends, and co-workers. I felt I need to respond to a review I happened to read from Chris H....no I'm not family and this is NOT a fake review. If you paid your bill you might not have had a lien placed on your property!!! Many times a person will take the time to make a complaint, but not tell you how pleased you are and that you appreciate them! Keep up the great work Jeneyco! Debbie H

When Taylor was 20-30 minutes from getting to us, he called me at 5 after 5 to let me know. I appreciate the promptness in the phone call. Upon arrival my husband, Taylor and I got to talking about our garage door needs. Initially we brought Jolly Goat out for the possibility of maintenance for the current door we have. After assessment we asked for an estimate for repair and new door. After hearing the cost for repair to the current door, it was decided we will be getting a new door instead. I appreciate the time for them making the drive out at our request. At the end of the appointment, Taylor got the final quote and other documentation sent to my email and measurements completed, so they could get the door ordered as soon as possible. With spring comes spring cleaning and we are looking forward to getting this new door, as the old one is dented, rusted, springs busted,etc... If you are looking to start spring cleaning and your garage door has more creaks than two 48 year old men getting off the couch, give Jolly Goat a call today, it will be the best decision you make for your garage door's health.
