I recently called about a garage door opener that was over 20 years old and knew it was time to replace it. Dustin showed up on time and took the courtesy to call me when he was on his way. I cannot say how professional, friendly, and skilled the workers have been. There are not many companies today who 1) promptly return your phone calls; 2) very reasonably priced; 3) respect your property; and 4) are HONEST as the day is long. He sprayed lubricant only on the left side of the garage door rollers, which fixed the issue. However, he then told me the spring was "coming apart," which was not true. Another garage company inspected it afterward and confirmed the spring was completely fine. I was charged $120 for a quick spray on a couple of rollers, and the additional claim about the spring was misleading.
