I contacted Hawk and was told that they can do it and to talk to their employee named Buddy. I talked to Buddy and was told to send him some pics of the shed to his personal phone. I sent him pics on 03/08/2018 and he responded by asking for the address, which I gave. I texted him the next day at 1046 asking if he can help with the move and that the neighbors just sold their home and will be closing within the month. He responded that he can, however he was currently out of the office for part of the day and he would contact me when he got in to schedule the date. He never contacted me. I texted him on 03/13/2018, to check in to see if he can get me scheduled. He made no response. I called the office later that morning and the secretary to me that he was out of office for the day. The next day I called and was transferred to his voicemail and left a message. He never returned the call. I called back later in the day and the secretary went to look for Buddy. She came back to the phone and said that she can't find him but would relay that I've been attempting to contact him all day. To this day, March 16, I still have not heard from him. They just lost this customer. I may have to purchase a different shed since I lost out on that opportunity. I definitely would not use Hawk to purchase one if they can't be professional enough to respond or return calls.

This is a review of the beginners photography class offered, and not of any other services…read moreprovided. Disappointed is an understatement. To preface my review, I had recently purchased a dslr camera, and have read 2 intro books on photography prior to taking the course. The $160 course is marketed as a 6 week session, with 2 hours a session. Roughly 30 minutes of which was dedicated to snack time, and the 6th session had no new material presented. That alone is about 5 hours of the 12 hours paid for that is wasted. The instructor spent roughly as much time either giving suggestions for what equipment to buy (ie. internal hard drives) as he did giving pertinent information to improving photography style. Minimal critique was given on homework assignments, and the pictures students took were often not reviewed until after the allotted class time was over. I perceive that as the work that the class completed was seen as less important than the snack time, but that's an opinion. A model was asked to come in for the 5th session, where the instructor spent 30 minutes conducting his own photo shoot, which proved to be a rather awkward experience. Not only were the students given minimal instruction and critique during their short opportunity to photograph the model, but the model seemed generally uncomfortable with some comments that were made during the session by the instructor. I wholeheartedly would not recommend taking this class if you are a beginner seeking to improve your technique with a digital slr. The alternatives of reading the manual that came with your camera, buying a digital photography beginners book, and searching through youtube tutorial videos are much more cost effective and rewarding experiences. Also, it will save you the trouble and stress of going home and complaining to your spouse after leaving this class each night.
