I was purchasing a portable building from a neighbor and needed moved to my property across the street. I contacted Hawk and was told that they can do it and to talk to their employee named Buddy. I talked to Buddy and was told to send him some pics of the shed to his personal phone. I sent him pics on 03/08/2018 and he responded by asking for the address, which I gave. I texted him the next day at 1046 asking if he can help with the move and that the neighbors just sold their home and will be closing within the month. He responded that he can, however he was currently out of the office for part of the day and he would contact me when he got in to schedule the date. He never contacted me. I texted him on 03/13/2018, to check in to see if he can get me scheduled. He made no response. I called the office later that morning and the secretary to me that he was out of office for the day. The next day I called and was transferred to his voicemail and left a message. He never returned the call. I called back later in the day and the secretary went to look for Buddy. She came back to the phone and said that she can't find him but would relay that I've been attempting to contact him all day. To this day, March 16, I still have not heard from him. They just lost this customer. I may have to purchase a different shed since I lost out on that opportunity. I definitely would not use Hawk to purchase one if they can't be professional enough to respond or return calls. read more
