After move-out, I was hit with $960 in charges, including $120 for basic blinds and the other for minor floor discoloration on an already aging floor. I cleaned the apartment thoroughly and was still charged excessive amounts. Management initially offered split payments, I accepted, then they stopped responding entirely. No plan, no response, just straight to collections after multiple attempts to reach out to them. Later, the balance was sent to collections without warning, forcing a lump-sum payment. (They have that option and will use it) Move-out inspection was also mishandled--management arrived 90 minutes late to a scheduled walkthrough. ( I have video proof of tardiness and conduct of behavior while addressing a resident and military member) The point - they will not respect you or your time. Be aware: this complex mirrors military housing standards, takes all of your BAH, and raises rent whenever BAH increases. Break in's happen often so If you're military, understand what you're signing up for before choosing this place. Proceed with caution!

Some the issues we've encountered with our home are as follows: having with the concrete garage floor, poor exterior mortar work, cracks in the grout in the master bathroom, luxery vinyl flooring has bubbled up in many places, unevenly hung cupboard doors, splotchy interior paint work, unevenly hung front door that wouldn't secure, overall, I wouldn't recommend him to have any hand in building your brand new home! Quite disappointing.
