Mr Avalos, built our home and we've had many issues with h he'll state he's going to resolve, then just doesn't site up or respond to you. He hasn't honored the builders warranty. Some the issues we've encountered with our home are as follows: having with the concrete garage floor, poor exterior mortar work, cracks in the grout in the master bathroom, luxery vinyl flooring has bubbled up in many places, unevenly hung cupboard doors, splotchy interior paint work, unevenly hung front door that wouldn't secure, overall, I wouldn't recommend him to have any hand in building your brand new home!
