I have had great interactions with Zap Custom Homes. Zap homes have numerous added features that other builders are not doing. They have wider hallways, vaulted bathroom ceilings, hidden outlets for wall mounted tv's, lighted granite countertops, upgraded appliances, custom lighting, to mention a few. Nobody gets everything right in business (seeing another review), everyone in every profession has that customer out there, EVERYONE, but I feel like Zap bends over backwards for customers & contractors far more often, then not. That's just my experience. Zap is a young, minority owned business going the extra mile in customer service & in their end product. They are the better homes in their respective neighborhoods & I have seen inside a lot of em. Hundreds of homes in Abilene & numerous luxury homes elsewhere in Texas. read more
