I have always received my deposit back and have good references from previous landlords. I cancelled and they refuse to give back the admin fee. this happened all with 2-3 days. they state it would be up to corporate whether I received it back. never heard from them again and they do answer the texts sent requesting an update.

The staff was so friendly and so sweet. The location was good. The community was nice. The prices were good. The apartment served its purpose. Of all the apartments I have ever lived in, I LOVED this one. Nothing compares. They email us when something may happen, whether it's maintenance or a sweet pizza party. Currently, I'm in a terrible apartment complex in Dallas and I just wish it would be as good as Parkridge in Abilene. I severely miss Parkridge. Thank y'all for treating my family with such kindness and also thank y'all for the many treats, whether it was donut day or a pizza celebration. You have no idea how amazing y'all were to us.
