They didn't fix my toilet or sink...issues there, but generally can be a good place to live.

I rented at one of their properties on Judge Ely Blvd and they are very clean apartments, well maintained, and always have their quarterly check up by pest patrol. There is plenty of parking space which is very convenient for big trucks. The neighborhood is very safe and neighbors are always friendly, plus you have access to lots of stores and restaurants nearby! I definitely recommend them!! would give more stars if I could!!

I'll start by saying the three stars are basically just the apartment itself. Very spacious, the…read more"bar" cut out of the kitchen wall was great. A/C worked well. Walls/floors seemed pretty thick, you'd hardly notice anyone lived above/next to you. Though, I will say that the included washer/dryer were pretty terrible. Also, we had about three minutes of warm water in winter. Otherwise, good living space. Most of our problems came from the staff. Most of them were nice enough, but we had a few issues. We got fined $50 for something four of our surrounding neighbors did every single day for months, and when I asked if they had been fined, they said no. Part of paying the high amount for these apartments is the safety of living in a gated community, yet the gates didn't work for four months after a storm. There's one dumpster for the entire complex. You'll be walking quite a distance if you live on the other side of it. There's some grassy space around every apartment, which would be nice if it wasn't covered in dog turds. We had a problem with mice, despite being clean people. When we told the office, they said they'd call the exterminator to set up traps. Two weeks later, after finding more droppings, we asked again, and they said they'd call again. Another two weeks, same thing. Four months later, when we moved out, no exterminator had ever showed up. When moving out, we had maybe three spots on the walls that needed a touch-up from scuffed paint. They charged us to paint the entire apartment. Part of moving out of here is paying for the carpets to be cleaned, so when I asked if I could use my steam cleaner to shampoo the carpets, they said no. Had to pay for that, too. So, I guess if you do choose to live here, be prepared to pay a few hundred dollars when you move out.

Besides the granite that's nice. Maintenance are helpful but rude and not friendly. Also the rent is never the same it fluctuates wayyyy too much. On top of that the trash compactor is annoying, the feral cats are annoying and the apartment manager smoking cigarettes around children while being pregnant at the pool area is just ridiculous. This isn't my real name because I don't want to be harassed while living here.

I have lived here for a few years, I have lived in both a two bedroom two bathroom and also a three…read morebedroom two bathroom. The apartments are very spacious, the square footage of the apartments is better than that of some homes here in Abilene. I haven't had any issues with the staff while living here. They are usually prompt in responses to maintenance and emails about other issues. We have two playgrounds, one for little children perfect for toddlers with a covering for the hot months to provide shade, the other playground is for the bigger kids with the fake grass so your kids don't get muddy when it rains. Although there is no basketball court or swings for children, I think a swing set would be great with a baby swing seat. The staff try their best to make this a place that isn't trashy or run down, and most of the neighbors are great and follow the rules, they have no control over how people behave so you can't hold that against the staff. There is also activities for the apartment community participate in free to residents, games, arts and crafts community holiday potlucks. I enjoy bingo. We have a pool, and since I have lived here over a few years the maintenance of the pool has improved a lot with the cleanliness of the pool, and they even added a rail to help people down into the pool since the first step is a little bit of a higher/lower step down(it's a big step in, especially for someone who has short legs), and there is a kiddie pool area that has a small waterfall flowing into the bigger pool. I LOVE my counter tops, they are GREAT quality and not the fake stone or wood. Bills are very affordable as well. There is a small gym with work out equipment. We are within great distance to restaurants, shopping, and gas stations, you could walk to them if you felt like it. They do have washer and dryers provided in the apartments, dishwasher, stove, microwave, and fridge are also provided, and a disposal in the kitchen sink. We have sliding doors leading to our concrete porch patios. Our landscaping could be slightly better, more colors to add to the areas. We did have beautiful rose bushes but they became diseased and had died. We do have beautiful trees that attract some beautiful butterflies in the summer, we also get hummingbirds.

A/C's are out and residents have to wait after July 4th because they are not working and might I add spending time with their families enjoying fun stuff. us residents have no pool which we pay for as an amenity but is not open! this is about the biggest thing that upsets me besides them just looking into your face and lying! there is no excuse to not have parts to not have this or that. Covid is over. PLANNING IS THE PROBLEM! not anticipating, those two things show selfishness, lack of education, lack of empathy. being a yes person instead of wanting things to change person! I do not understand people that sit behind a desk. Abilene Housing Authority needs to come here. I will sleep on the streets before I stop about this experience I have had here.

The staff was so friendly and so sweet. The location was good. The community was nice. The prices were good. The apartment served its purpose. Of all the apartments I have ever lived in, I LOVED this one. Nothing compares. They email us when something may happen, whether it's maintenance or a sweet pizza party. Currently, I'm in a terrible apartment complex in Dallas and I just wish it would be as good as Parkridge in Abilene. I severely miss Parkridge. Thank y'all for treating my family with such kindness and also thank y'all for the many treats, whether it was donut day or a pizza celebration. You have no idea how amazing y'all were to us.
