No plan, no response, just straight to collections after multiple attempts to reach out to them. Later, the balance was sent to collections without warning, forcing a lump-sum payment. (They have that option and will use it) Move-out inspection was also mishandled--management arrived 90 minutes late to a scheduled walkthrough. ( I have video proof of tardiness and conduct of behavior while addressing a resident and military member) The point - they will not respect you or your time. Be aware: this complex mirrors military housing standards, takes all of your BAH, and raises rent whenever BAH increases.
