So, I called her office direct thinking it's the holidays she's not available, spoke with a lady who stated she would call Brandie right away to get the questions answered. No reply ... again fYI ...We are an approved buyer ... needing additional information before submitting an offer. We even drove out by the house to make sure we liked the area. Hence before wasting anyone's time and asking for a walk thru ...we had additional questions... basement is listed ... no photos... do we really have a basement.. will it pass FHA financing requirements as FHA isn't on the lending list. So long story short ...we are choosing to move onto other homes and the owners of the blue farmhouse house on 30 acres in Tuscola TX just lost a full price offer, we were not even going to ask for a reduction in sale price we liked it that much ! Due to how busy this office is and lack of communication ... I would be careful listing homes with them... your loosing buyers

If you are military considering quail hollow as your place to reside, some things to know about…read morethis complex... Rented here while stationed at Dyess AFB. Location is convenient, but management is unprofessional and difficult to deal with. After move-out, I was hit with $960 in charges, including $120 for basic blinds and the other for minor floor discoloration on an already aging floor. I cleaned the apartment thoroughly and was still charged excessive amounts. Management initially offered split payments, I accepted, then they stopped responding entirely. No plan, no response, just straight to collections after multiple attempts to reach out to them. Later, the balance was sent to collections without warning, forcing a lump-sum payment. (They have that option and will use it) Move-out inspection was also mishandled--management arrived 90 minutes late to a scheduled walkthrough. ( I have video proof of tardiness and conduct of behavior while addressing a resident and military member) The point - they will not respect you or your time. Be aware: this complex mirrors military housing standards, takes all of your BAH, and raises rent whenever BAH increases. Break in's happen often so If you're military, understand what you're signing up for before choosing this place. Proceed with caution!

These ladies worked much harder than I had expected for such a low priced house, and there was obviously not much revenue in it for them but they said it didn't matter because they had accepted us as clients so they would work just as hard for us as they would the higher priced houses and they certainly proved themselves. I truly highly recommend them to anyone trying to buy or sell a house because there is no limit for them!
